Update**
The General manager worked with me to go in and get my haircut done by another professional. Long story short, the manager made sure that my haircut was fixed and when my hair grows back in, I’ll have an opportunity to get my next haircut for free. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome
Old review: I love going to Great Clips because they keep notes and I usually get a consistent haircut no matter what city state or town I’m in when traveling
Last night Was different when I got my hair cut at 2621 N Pearl st ste c11 Tacoma Wa
I received a terrible haircut. It wasn’t like anything in my notes. The top was only supposed to be cut a quarter inch off the top but instead in the front area Was just under 2 inches the back right was about a half inch in the back left was about 3/4 of an inch. The haircut was extremely uneven.
Customer service was pretty good and the professional was extremely nice, but even when I pointed out the mistakes, she agreed that she messed up but she pretty much said that there’s nothing she can do to fix it, except wait for my hair to grow back in.
She did take 25% off which only knocked it down just under $19
I am Extremely embarrassed with my hair and I wasn’t even offered to come back and get a haircut for free to get it fixed. I only got a discount on something I’m gonna have to pay twice to get it fixed. I think she could’ve fixed it. I think somebody can fix it but just to tell me that I have to wait for it to grow back in and then continue to charge me for something that you also agreed you messed up on is extremely unprofessional.

I'm not a big fuss about my hair and keep it very simple. I went to this Great Clips once before and got a really decent haircut! I went there today and when I got home and saw it in the mirror with my glasses on, I noticed how uneven it was. I know it's typical for a cut to be very quick, and I do tip the maximum tipping option that shows up on the screen, but was a bit disappointed in the result.

I’m giving two stars because I did go in a while back and asked that my hair be cut to just where my shoulders are. She cut it way too short and I hated it but, once it grew out I thought I’d give the place one more chance. This time it was cut to my chin line. I’m not sure why I say shoulders and get it that short. It does not look right on me. I think I’ll be moving on to another place.
