I found this location to be clean and tidy and the stylists were friendly and prompt. I was very happy with my haircut appt with Olivia. The cut was exactly what I asked for, got some good advice about future partial highlights, and I got a great head massage with my shampoo. Will be returning.

It was just okay. My daughter asked for a specific haircut and only got a trim. Looked nothing like the photo. But she was content with it so it’s hard to complain.

Booked my daughter for a haircut online. Online it is booked as a haircut and shampoo, her hair was not shampooed. Got home and let her shower, blow dried her hair and it was cut so choppy. I didn't expecting much given she has somewhat thick and wavy hair, but one side was way shorter and there were so many long strands I don't understand how those were missed.

The lady who cut it was sweet, unfortunately I had to go home and cut my own bangs and rewash by hair with how much oil she put in my hair. Couldn’t even tell she blow dried it. Will go back with the request of no oil!

I made an appointment online for my daughter and was able to get in same day! Great pricing for a haircut and shampoo was $24. My daughter’s stylist was Frankie and she was absolutely amazing! Very upbeat, great skills, positive attitude, talked with my daughter to make sure everything was to her liking and also mine. 20 out of 10 recommend Franki as your next stylist.

Scheduled an online appointment for 11:30. Received a call at 11:27 as I was turning into the parking lot saying the appointment wasn’t available. I could come back at 1:30 and wait to be seen. No thank you! MasterCuts on 19th St in Tacoma WA.
