I had a stylist named Alan due to my regular stylist not working there anymore. I was really nervous about getting my haircut by someone else but he gave me the best cut! I will definitely use him again.

First of all, my haircut was fine, and I got what I asked for. However, I wasn't especially impressed with the professionalism of the staff at this location. I wasn't given the stylist that I had requested wth my online appt, and they didn't even seem to be aware that a selection was made. To me, the stylist seemed bored and distracted, and it was only 10 am! Won't be returning to this HairMasters.

I and my 8 years old granddaughter went here to get are hair cut.the ladys wouldn't here how I wanted are hair cut.the lady I had said she cut hair for 30 years .well.me and my granddaughter hair was really long.my hair she really messed up my hair this was on January 3rd 2025 Thursday night before I'm heading down there to go get a fixed cost me $60 for me and my daughter's hair no wash no nothing plus 10 dollars each tip. I won't go to an older person again .there not up on the hair style s.so let's see what they going to say now

The people here are wonderful, the quality of work is excellent, and the prices of services reasonable. Shawn is the person I see here and she's so skilled, funny, personable. I always feel at home here and highly recommend this Hair Masters, the staff and experience are awesome!

Stylist was super nice but unfortunately she jacked my hair up. Unevened taper fade with a big sticking out. I didn't see it until after I showered. Had to trim it up myself. All good now. Sucks I paid 35 plus 5 dollars tip. Once again though lady was super friendly.
