Couldn't open an account when I first went to see rose. She explained to me what I had to do to be able to open one. She was very professional. And now she's my banker. Really great place with amazing people in it.

I got approved for a loan for $10,000 and the loan officer Mrs. Rivera stop communicating with me regarding my check being overnight to me. I talked to Dawn in digital operations and she was rude, condensing, and combative during the call. She put a hold on my account and they never mailed me my check.

Here's a real quick review. I had my car loan with Harborstone and switched to BECU where I have the rest of my banking, so it would be easier to pay my car loan. Made the switch, and in the process Harborstone sent my car title to the wrong address, it was then sent to the state who shredded it due to incorrect mailing, lost in the mail. Thanks Harborstone i will never recommend your credit union to anyone.

I've never had a bad experience here. Used to do the drive up for deposits/withdrawals until my boyfriend showed me how much easier & quicker the ATM is. I guess I just never thought of it because I feel safer + better inside my car but I love the options. I feel like the ATM could be placed inside (in between the bank entrance but also not outside in the open) but I don't have a complaint! Been baking with Harborstone for a few years now and i like it here.

Very disappointed in the knowledge of staff and the ability of NOT allowing an individual to open an account using a Washington state issued temporary ID paper, a social security card, or birth certificate as proof of Identity. In addition my daughter had multiple school ID’s to back up all the other proofs of Identity. Will not be using this facility. Disappointed that HARBORSTONE did not give my daughter the warm welcome as I was given when I opened my first bank account.
