Zero stars. Just sat there, premises, told me he order parts "lies", changed headlights (not broken) wanted more $ I guess, but I had just installed expensive light bulbs which he put halogen ? l called and he told me to get them & he would reimburse me.....now he won't answer me anymore. He also assured me he ordered my wheel cap (asked him multiple times) nope. The place is a joke! Asked him to check why my offroad lights stopped working with the accident and told me it was the fuse. Then told me he or anyone there didn't know how to take the bad fuse out ?♀️ couldn't be more easier ( right on to) l then asked him to buy it and I would replace it myself....didn't ordered it. Suv went in with abs and two other lights on. Had it yhere weeeeeks waiting on parts, told him take advantage and fix the little things because l was leaving the state as soon as I pick it up. Well, the same day I was supposed to p/u (Friday), he told me the abs light needed to be checked by someone else on Monday ?♀️? what??? Waited til the last day to check my dash lights. Then, I was unable to smog. Be aware of this place, still investigating other things. THE WORST AND SHADY PLACE EVER.

I have become a recent fan of Hi-Tech CARSTAR Eastside. I had a difficult situation between another bodyshop and my insurance agency (who is awesome also), but I was continually delayed. Hi-Tech CARSTAR Eastside came to the rescue and not only handled everything, but everyone in that shop was friendly, courteous, and helpful. PLUS!!! When I got my car back I did not even recognize it as the same car that went into the shop. It looked brand new. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them above all others. If I could rate them TEN STARS, I would do it.

Be sure you are very clear and direct on what it is your needing. I was in an accident and at first the shop seemed promising. However none of the mechanical issues I was experiencing were addressed. I repeatedly stated my brakes and wheels seemed to be affected. Understandably they couldn't do anything since they're body shop. But then my car was sent to an alignment shop but still, no one took the wheels off to visually inspect the brakes and wheels. And no one could confirm if the alignment they did would fix any of my issues. Just was done 'as a courtesy'. When I asked HiTech if they could look at the brakes, they would have to send it to another shop where I would have to pay. It had already been three weeks with no communication about the bumper repairs. I would recommend using a different shop and one that is able to clearly communicate how they will fix and address issues. I am now taking my car to my own shop to get a second opinion as my brakes, which was my main concern, were never checked and they sent it to a second shop (Kimball Alignment & Suspension) that also did not address my concern. Find another body shop that will ensure all your concerns are addressed properly.

Maybe don't park customer cars on the sidewalk and bike lane. Definitely need to tell their delivery drivers not to use the sidewalk and bike lane as a loading/unloading zone. Wouldn't trust these people with my vehicles.

They blatantly park illegally here blocking the bike lane and sidewalk. This is dangerous and they cannot have my business if they are unwilling to be decent and not ruin accessibility!

We had my daughters car towed to this body shop after being told that they have the space and time for the repairs. I was trying to keep in weekly contact with the manager/owner Al Cruz but was always unable to get anyone to answer their phones. I was wanting an update regarding the vehicle as my daughters rental car is for a certain amount of days. After that she would be without means to get to work. I decided to show up at the shop and spoke with Al. He was extremely friendly and professional explaining to me that they are waiting to receive parts they ordered and possibly another 2 weeks. Fine, happy to have some communication. Well almost a month after that conversation and not being able to get ahold of anyone working there, I decided to see if the parts are back ordered at the BMW dealer in Fife. The dealer parts guy said usually BMW parthed needed are ordered from car shops in the area and he did not have any orders from this shop nor are the parts back ordered. So I'm really confused at this point about what is going on!! So after 2 months of no communication, I went down to the shop to find out what the issue is??!! A bald guy working in the back told me he didn't know anything and Al was on vacation. I asked him why they were waiting on parts for months that are not back ordered. I told him that the BMW dealer has them. He said they only order parts from a parts place in Portland. I told him we need the car back as my daughters paying daily for the rental. He honestly could of cared less. He said that there is cars stored in the back that have been here for over 8 months!! I told him that I plan on calling my insurance, State Farm and let them know that you haven't made much effort to repair after they paid you for the estimate. The told me he didn't have to listen to me berating him and said "F@#K", I'M GOING HOME and walked away! I was shocked at this guys behavior and lack of accountability. Ironically 2 days later, the shop called and said the car is done. My husband looked at the car when he got home and noticed that the front end wasn't assembled properly and there was no way nobody noticed it before it left. He took it back to the shop for them to do it correctly. What a nightmare!! Now I must say, Al is very nice but that doesn't matter when there's no communication and what little you have it comes from an employee that looks like he could be hiding from his Probation Officer!! I do not recommend this place. Poor communication, poor quality of work, poor time management and anger issues!

They went above and completely belonged to help us! They called with updates, they helped us in more ways than I have ever had at a shop. Their employees were kind and informative. Our car was in an accident and now you can’t even tell!! 10/10 recommend!
