Hours: Highland Hill Shopping Center in Tacoma offers a mix of shopping, dining, and car rental services, making it a convenient destination for a variety of needs. The shopping area features stores like Petco and a Safeway-turned-WinCo, providing options for everyday shopping. The center also hosts a Papa Murphy's Pizza, known for its good quality and affordable prices, where customers can enjoy freshly baked pizza. The environment has seen improvements, with cleaner parking lots and a safer atmosphere compared to before. However, safety remains a concern, as some cars in the parking lot have been broken into, with windows shattered and glass on the ground.
