This is today. I just wanted to let the manager know that there’s only 1 guy who is working at the cashier and other two girls are just talking to eachother. No help at the locker room at all. Store looks kind of busy but one of them is folding clothes and talking while the other one is just standing. I felt bad for that person. He seems nice.

The people at the register are always super friendly and helpful. Plus if you sign up for their rewards program you can even get a pretty good discount whenever they have reward member discounts in store

Worst customer service, had 4+ people in line including myself while the manager Ashley was just standing there converting with her friend on her phone. While only one cashier was working/checking people out. Never shopping here again.

I know it's a bit spending and pricey but we want to go back old school from your high school days I got a lot of memories but if you want Rick pants and bird shirts plus the cologne that smells for days go to Hollister love the store

This isn't my place. I have curves, hips, personality, and need clothes that reflect that. Even when I could fit into the clothing here, I still wouldn't have chosen. The colors and styles are rather bland. But I'm sure there is someone this is ideal for. I don't know if the people are nice, because other than someone greeting me and saying hi, I didn't get any other interaction. And neither did my husband, who can actually wear some of their jeans. Their loss.
