The people at the register are always super friendly and helpful. Plus if you sign up for their rewards program you can even get a pretty good discount whenever they have reward member discounts in store

Worst customer service, had 4+ people in line including myself while the manager Ashley was just standing there converting with her friend on her phone. While only one cashier was working/checking people out. Never shopping here again.

I know it's a bit spending and pricey but we want to go back old school from your high school days I got a lot of memories but if you want Rick pants and bird shirts plus the cologne that smells for days go to Hollister love the store

This isn't my place. I have curves, hips, personality, and need clothes that reflect that. Even when I could fit into the clothing here, I still wouldn't have chosen. The colors and styles are rather bland. But I'm sure there is someone this is ideal for. I don't know if the people are nice, because other than someone greeting me and saying hi, I didn't get any other interaction. And neither did my husband, who can actually wear some of their jeans. Their loss.

No Greeting when entering the store even though both employees look you straight in the face. Standing by the fitting room but no one to offer to help open the fitting room Sven thought the see you standing there. Horrible service.

They have a 2 shelf display that says " tops $12"I pick out 2 tops and was charged $19 each.Apparently it only the tops on the top shelf.. I'll never go back

Curbside pickup is a joke. No one comes. Then when someone finally walks outside with your package in hand they take 5 steps, looks around and goes back inside. Complete waste of time.

I rarely write reviews but had an experience yesterday that was worth one. I haven’t shopped at hollister in years but was on the hunt for a new pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans as a woman can be hard and discouraging. The sweetest associate, I wish I would have gotten her name (young, blonde/blueish hair, working 4/10 morning) really took to the time and went out of her way to find me jeans that made me feel amazing. She probably pulled close to 10 pairs for me until I found the right ones. I have left the mall in tears after jeans shopping before, and this girl really made my day and made me feel confident.

I never had a bad experience at Hollister. The associates are always kind welcoming and helpful. On Thursday I went to Hollister to return an item. When I entered the store I saw a lady up front later I found out she's the Store Manager name goes by Kyla Richardson. Kyla automatically gave me a dirty look and has said something when I walked towards the front of the store. An associate right away came up to me and ask if I needed help finding something, I told her no but thanks for asking. Moments later I was near fragrance, there's a sign there that says ask for testers because of Covid. I saw the same lady who gave me a dirty look from earlier when I entered the store again her name is Kyla Richardson (Store Manager). I kindly asked her if she works here. I asked because I assumed associates and managers are suppose to be kind to their customers but that wasn't the case from when I entered the store until I existed the store she was judgmental and rude. So when I asked her do you work here she said uhhh are you ready to check out? All set? Did you need something ? In a very aggressive tone. And I said oh no I was wondering if I could get a sample of the fragrance tester. And she walked quickly behind the counter I told her which one I wanted a sample of. She mumbled something under her breath. I heard her say . "No I don't work here." Like she was mocking me, like I was stupid to not know she works there. She was looking for the fragrance I asked for and said she doesn't know which one it is. When It was clearly in front of her if I could see it behind the counter I'm sure she could to. An associate walked behind the cash register, Kyla handed the associate 2 different perfumes I didn't ask for and walked away saying (Kyla Richardson The Store Manager): "Can you help her!" She didn't even make eye contact with me. I don't know how Kyla Richardson got the role of Store Manager she is very unprofessional, and I wouldn't want someone like her to work or represent my store.
