They have what you need. That's really it. Can't ask for anything more than that.

i went in a few days ago to purchase a utility box for work. after i made my purchase a worker ran up to me to check what’s inside, not really giving me an option to say no or anything just opens my item. i understand its could policy but after i purchase an item there should be some respect as a consumer, and if your trying verify the purchase that should be done before i swipe me card. i didn’t appreciate the lack of respect from your team. You guys make the self checkout a hostile environment for customers

I was purchasing Items at the self check out, at 1:30pm a hot Sunday afternoon, July 7th 2024, when this happened to me. I also had a small piece of 3 foot oak with a 2 inch square knot at checkout. Previously an associate marked it free, He originally had put it in the garbage can there in lumber dept, with other scraps. he said to me, "take it". And I asked can I get a mark or somethingsaying that. He wrote xxFreeXx. At check out, I let the check out associate know it was free, and some other associate interrupted a short stocky clean shaven man with glasses. (George Castanza look a like) and I proceeded to show him the mark down, he snatched it out of my hand and said no, no, nothing is free here. At that point because of his really unprofessional bad behavior, I refused to purchase it, and left the item there. This man was very rude and disrespectful. I will go back to another homedepot or lowes. This homedepot has lost my business. At this point I will address this to all my Fircrest Friends.

Don’t ask employees for help finding anything at this store. They’re to busy playing on their phones to help the customers. It would appear Home Depot hires anyone with a pulse. Get your act together management.

Waited for someone to help with cutting one small thing, it’s been over 30 mins and like 5 workers looking for one another and no help whatsoever

Every time I go to this Home Depot everyone is nice to me. I can make returns with ease, there are actual humans working the registers, and I can find staff in the aisles to ask questions. I’m really surprised because big box stores aren’t typically like this. I don’t know what this store is doing where everyone seems to like the work they do and appreciate the customers but well done!

Nightmare experience with purchasing a new Weber BBQ…on the first go-around, the delivery guys brought us a scratched/beat up grill and the guys were dragging it up our stairs, being super careless.
Second time around was much better, except they forgot our drip pan, and the other parts that go with it. We were told to go inside the store and they would have those for us! Customer service looked clueless and had to call somebody over, the gentleman’s name was (I think) Hank; tall young thin white man, and he was so rude, passive and clearly didn’t want to be there, as if we were an inconvenience. He took a drip pan from a grill and claimed they’re all the same size, turns out - thankfully we didn’t leave the store yet - that he gave us the wrong size (he carelessly gave us one for a 2 burner, not the 3 burner that we have). “They’re all the same size” he said it like he just didn’t give a rip…
Having gone all the way back to this location on Mother’s Day is one thing, but having extremely careless, lazy, and incompetent workers who don’t care to fix your problem is just horrible.
I won’t be coming back to Home Depot, and if it were up to me, Hank would be filing for unemployment tomorrow after that horrendous customer service interaction.
