I needed a small wood screw and a small rubber foot to fix a small table radio I bought at Value Village. I hoped I would have been able to find what I needed to complete the repairs. I walked out without buying anything or getting any basic assistance in finding what I requested from them. Because these people were: Unenthusiastic. Ill-trained. Ineffective communicators. Bored. Lazy. Oblivious. Holding Zebra scanners. Stiff. Passive. Distracted. Apathetic. Incompetent. Useless. Bodies. Wearing the signature Home Depot-branded orange aprons.

Shannon in flooring is the rudest person I've ever come across in the store. Accusations of theft until she figured out my materials were lost in transit. Haven't been back since & trying not to. Shopping my 1000z of goods at other stores. She called her co workers in flooring idiots because they did my invoice different then she would've done it. She's TOXIC!! Was going to have a meeting with management but highly doubt if they would do anything about it. I've had smaller complaints & no action were ever taken. I didn't want to talk to her after that & she called me 7 times in 1 minute the morning after I was accused of lying about receiving flooring at my residents. I hope I never have to shop there again. It'll have be a total emergency to ever go in that store again. She's unfit to work with the public. Doesn't listen just taljs & blames others. If I could leave 0 stars I would

It took 2.5 weeks to have something delivered to the store for pick up for free, but if I paid them $55 I could have had it next day delivery to my house!?! Very poor way to run a business ?

I ordered a John Deer tractor on line and was called late afternoon 12.16.23 to tell me I had a couple of choices. I COULD HAVE THEM DELIVER ME THE MOWER WITHOUT A KEY AND WILL GET IT WHEN THEY FIND IT! Orrrr, cancel my order. I asked him if they could call a couple of their locations to see if they had any in stock. They told me they don’t do that so I got off the phone with them called Lacey and the price was 2399. TACOMA and I got it for $1500 in Lacey so it’s actually worth it. Thanks, TACOMA!

I absolutely HATE coming to this store. There are basically only self checkouts available. And if you need help finding anything or have questions, good luck finding anyone to assist. The response from the manager is that they are short staffed. I am tired of hearing this. Do a better job of recruiting staff. You could pay better and also offer better schedules for employees that will encourage staff to stay longer. You are short staffed because you have chosen to be short staffed. Pathetic business model that puts customers dead last.

They usually have what i need. I already wasted a trip to the HD on 72nd for dowel pins. the app said there were 8 boxes in stock, (the guy in the store looked at the same empty rack i did to tell me they're not there). But when i called to ask if they could *physically* check on them, the rep i was connected to couldn't check on them because he was literally taking a dump when he answered.I can look online to see if they're in stock. If im calling the store, its because i dont want to waste a trip for something you think you may have. This speaks more about HD than it does about the guy i talked to. He was trying to help, but he was a bit.... Busy.Also, they only had 1 box when the app said they had 12
