They can't cut 5 inches for studs plywood wood. Not really deaf friendly. They need to improve their service for the deaf access!

I recently purchased 2 home appliances. A washer and dryer. The online process was a bit difficult with regard to what you need to use w the appliances. So I phoned and the service Rep was good about suggestions unfortunately she had no understanding of the fact that if you pay for the delivery the right type of apparatuses are included by the store as well as installation is free. So bc she didn't know this she was infact telling me what I needed to purchase for both the washer and dryer. But because I was wanting to look at similar items that would fit that would perhaps work JUST as well and or better and less expensive I thanked her and gave her very high review rating. It wasn't until I realized afterwards that I didn't need those at all bc they had already been included in the price. So my review was not accurate, the service agent obviously needed more knowledge training. The biggest issue I did have was after the deliver guys left they left my backyard gate wide opened and my puppies could hv run out and got hurt or worse ?. People sure don't seem to take care or be mindful. It seems to me that this is common sense and common courtesy. He saw it was closed and secure when he got there, and when they left it wasn't as if they had anything in their hands to carry out. I was not happy because of how they treated my space. And their hands were filthy and by the time they finished setting up the washer and dryer they both were dirty and left a nasty handprint on my laundry room wall..YUCK!!!

The only good customer service you get from this place is the customer service desk. Otherwise, you'll find yourself wandering around looking for specific things. The store stay is well stocked but trying to get help to find something is impossible

Lady working Tuesday night (1/23/24) at 6:30 was very rude and informed me the item I purchased online could not be returned to the store (yes it can and I did) waisted an hour of my time to drive there. Horrible people skills and obviously hated her life. I'll be driving the extra 20 minutes to go somewhere else as this store never has what I need anyways I would recommend you do the same and save the hassle because people can't do their basic simple job. Let them embrace their midiocor nothingness and theyll continue laboring and obscurity alone.

Tried to take back 60$ worth of stuff my daughter bought yesterday. She paid with a debit card. I had the receipt but not my daughter’s card. The choices were: get a store credit or come back with the debit card. At Lowe’s they’ll give you cash back or put it back the card. Reminder to self: never return to Home Depot. Their prices are the same, the stores are never clean and their rules have nothing to do with caring about the customer.

Open the box when you buy anything from here or any hardware store!! cause we bought some drills and when we return it (same day & the box was unopened )and they open the box in front of us both drills are used and they don't match the drills that says on the box which it's crazy. Thankfully the ladies that helped us they figure it out and was able to refund us our money.

The customer service at the store is very poor. Standing around for 20 minutes waiting for help to unlock one item out of the shelf. Checking out and having the cashier not utter a single word during the entire checkout process. It’s the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to.
