Still hoping that someday people will stop asking me if I work there or getting paid for the help I give and the self checkout.

Home Depot (;) Nothing remarkable at all. The only problem is that we usually can't find some of the material we need since it's hidden away in some random pit of despair or whatever. Absent in its whole. Whoosh. But usually everything works out well and we have no trouble finding what we need.

This home depot specifically was pleasant to shop the associates were friendly and helpful. Paul went above and beyond in helping us get a grill. Thank you Paul for your help.

Home Depot has officially lost my business. Not only do they make me feel like a criminal as I’m buying I can never get help. I stopped by for a return and they only had one person working the counter and she was busy checking people out so they wanted me to wait in that line which was 6 people deep. From now on I will only use and only recommend Gray Lumber, they treat there contractors with way more respect. If in the south sound I would recommend Mt Lumber/Tanglewild and Lincoln.Home Depot is trash and I’d rather pay more for products to have way better service!!!

My parents in their 70’s purchased a floor model and I ended up translating. Only part Patty, sales person explained was that with floor model extended warranty can’t be purchased. Item was delivered and left out in open during rain. Called the HomeDepot and found out floor models don’t qualify for installation and only drop off at curb side. This part was not explained during translation. Called and speak with Brian, the manager, today, but was not willing to help out at all. No respect for seniors nor other race at all at this place.Floor models are delivered by third party that will only drop off at curbside so take that into consideration before buying anything heavy. And expect poor customer service

Used the curbside pickup to try to avoid the holiday line because I only needed 2 emergency plumbing repair items. Was emailed 10 minutes after my online order that it was ready for pickup. Great see you in 5 hours. Notified them 20 minutes before I arrived I was on the way like they ask you to. Notified them when I arrived. 10 minutes I think nothing. 20 hey it's the holidays right? 30 minutes maybe I should check the app but there is no way to check status or anything so I decide I better call. Wait on hold a reasonable 5 minutes until it starts to ring. Usually, this is a sign it's going through to an associate. I hear them pick up, people in the background then *click* was I really just hung up on like that? Nah, better call back. Same result except a 10 minute wait. We are closing in on 50 minutes now for a curbside delivery, so it's screw it don't be lazy just go inside and deal with the crowds. Wait 10 minutes in a customer service line to finally get help. Yes I had a curbside order that was supposed to have been brought out an hour ago. They look, can't find it. My order they claimed was ready almost 6 hours earlier was not even actually ready to go. They had to go digging to find my items. Asked to speak to a manager. Got the smug I am the manager reply. Excellent can you explain why you offer services you cannot provide? If there is no curbside delivery you cash just state that and save people the time and we can just come on. Here reply is well it's the holidays and a shrug. Unfortunately lack of preparation and insufficient staffing is a failure of management to do their jobs. Not a problem for customers. If you are understaffed you do not continue to offer premium services if you can't even cover basic essential customer service like answering a phone. I have spent TONS of money in this particular Home Depot. With the attitude i was given and way I was dismissed I will never set foot in any Home Depot again. Unfortunately large corporations like this simply do not care about customers anymore. There is always someone behind the guy you chase away to treat bad next and so on.

Wow it's been years since I been in a Home Depot store and I'm not sure I like the changes. The front end of the store was so jammed up with merchandise in the center of the isle it created a single file path in each direction, so much for walking next to the person you're with. A guy in a wheelchair looked squeezed in the isle. The sides of the store were also jammed up with merchandise all of the way to the ceiling. I felt trapped and closed in. There are no traditional check stands. It's all self checkout with a few staff around to direct people and help them when they're stuck. At least they had what I was looking for - a rake for a good price.
