Ms Destiny Clemons is the best Customer Service Manager here at the 8233 S Hosmer St .Extra Storage place she acknowledged me as I came in and gave me tour to see the units. Please don’t change her from here. I give her a Trillion Stars above and beyond the area. She deserves a raise in all departments. Kudos to Ms Destiny. Trouble getting keys for my unit after they changed keys to the doors. I called, and they said they would mail them. One month later I called again because I had not recieved the keys yet. They told me they HAD to contact every customer before they could mail the keys to do a bulk mailing, essentially stating that is our took 3 months to contact everyone, I would have no access to my belongings for 3 months. I asked if I could meet them to get the keys and they said Sunday at noon. I have been waiting nude for half an hour. No one answers the phones, no one returns calls from messages, chat says they are too busy to chat. I do now see how chat is too busy when no one is working. When you make an appt. To meet someone, you show up. If I failed to pay you, you would certainly take action. I also expect service from you. You told me you would meet me at noon. Where are you?? Terrible customer service. This whole keys event in a nightmare. I need to get in to my belongings. At this point you are holding my things hostage against my will. Because my hours of work coincide with your and I can't come when you are open, I should not be penalized.

I came in to ask about the price of a unit and Destiny Clemons was at the counter and able to help me compare the prices and find a unit that will work for my budget when I move. They are polite and knowledgeable about the sizes and estimate what will fit inside them
