I gave this such a high rating for three reasons. 1) my wife went in to buy her vape with my card and they needed my ID, I appreciate that because I know they are following the law and being secure. 2) The guy was knowledgeable and had a lot of great suggestions for my wife. And 3) they offer a 24 hour refund if anything goes wrong with it which is great because more then once, from other places, we have had a vape that conks out immediately after use or misfire and keep burning after you hit them. It's great to know they care about their customers. We will be back.

Guy with the bandana over his face gave the worse customer service it wasn't funny. I couldn't even look at one of thier cheapest items, as if I was a thief. I was in my work clothes but I never thought wearing steal toes and a class 3 reflective shirt made me look like I wanted to steal. Sure they have cameras I parked right in front but what ever I went to 48th and Yakima and found a better selection with better prices. Best of all great customer service....

I drive past everyone to come out to this place for good reason. Super awesome shop with great friendly staff, I don't go anywhere else in Tacoma because these guys always have the best selection and the lowest prices anywhere.

Been going to this place since I moved here. Always has the wraps an vapes I need in house. Would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your smoking needs. Great friendly staff. Ow er is super down to earth an always know what I need when I arrive. My GO TO shop.

TRASH! Go somewhere else. They’ll try to talk you into an item you don’t like. My AmPm vapes hit wayyyy better. And the customer service is horrible.
