I called to inform my husband’s order was incorrect. Whoever “Barbra” is, she is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Not only did she not let me speak, continuing to cut me off while trying to explain what happened as if I had done something personal to her. She literally hung up on me and would not answer when I called back. I don’t know what type of establishment you all are running, but if I ever heard one of my employees treated a customer like that. The discussion had would be more than a “coaching opportunity”. That is absolutely ridiculous and absurd.

Ordered a Jack's spicy chicken munchie meal and some egg rolls. The door dash driver had to wait about 15min for my food, but the wait was more than worth it. The food tonight was so good it cured my depression. 10/10, I've never known such soul-deep satisfaction.

They want me to go to a website to further explain my 3 star rating but it seems too much of a hassle when I go to said website so since I've given my rating already it should be easier to do what they ask I think!It's borderline harassment after the fact so that's how you could help me Jack in the box make it easier! So we tried this jack in the box tonight since the one closest to our house is always closed even though it's supposedly open per their hours and this Jack in the box completely messed up our order so I tried to call the phone number online and the one on the receipt and it is not in service or accepting calls. So I'm not sure how you mess up a small order but they managed to completely screw it up. The girl at the window here was sweet but man I wish they could of gotten the order right.

I'm a Doordasher. I went there on a Friday night around 1:30 in the morning. There was 6 cars in the drive through and it was taking 5 minutes per car to just get your order in. After watching this for 2 cars I new I would be there for 45 minutes at least. This is unexcusable. Obviously they didn't have enough employees. As a Dasher, I just blacklisted this place.

Sitting in the drive thru for over 30minutes now there were only 2 cars in front of us we been sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes and still haven't asked for what we wanted I just ended up leaving worst experience ever at any drive thru ever
