I filed with Jackson Hewitt last year and this year I try to do it on my own through TurboTax but it been difficult for me to get my AGI number that they are asking me for. I shouldn't have try doing it myself this year can u guys help me with this year taxes. I don't have my W2 anymore becuz my bag was stolen so its been bad for me. Would u guys still be able to help me file without my W2 form this year?

Amber did my taxes last year, she was so great. I was sooo happy when I found out my appointment this year was with her. She is so friendly, personable, outgoing & knowledgable, she has answered any of my many questions. She's the type of person you would want as a friend. CORINNA FOOTE helped me with my taxes at this location and she was awesome! She took care of me for my advance and when I came back to file ! She’s super kind, very professional and quick! lol gotta love someone who gets you in and out !

The lady was very nice and fun to talk to, we got my taxes done quick and easy, I'm usually very anxious doing these kinds of things but the experience was reassuring that I was doing everything right and her help was everything I needed this year, 10/10 would highly recommend using Jackson Hewitt. Will be going again!
