Used to like the Jackson food stores branch for the public restrooms. Every time I'd come here I'd spend a buck just to sustain their business. Not anymore though, as they shut down their restrooms for public....take 1 star then

Paying customer, not allowed to use the bathroom. Was told to go to planet fitness. Joke, go somewhere else to pay for gas or whatever you need

What a joke of a location. Whoever selects what is stocked is ignorant and took away what I've asked for specifically repeatedly. Then comes the late night workers who seem barely coherent above the homeless outside always begging and they cant find what your asking them to. That paired with the highest fuel prices around its incredible to imagine how the location justifies it's existence.

It is a clean store and staff is very friendly. However, store items are priced confusingly. Unless you sign for an app, you don't get advertised prices.

Restrooms no longer available to the public. You could add a pass code, limit then to paying customers, etc. Not making them available at all makes this a much less convinent place to stop.

This 5 stars is for Isaac. Who not only is the kindest person, even working at a very difficult location, I had a long drive to retrieve my wallet where I forgot it, and I only had two bucks in change and no gas... but he he used his own money two get me where I needed to be. Thank you so much. I won't ever forget it.

Around 11:15 pm 1/9/2023, I swiped my card to pay to inflate air into my tires. When I pulled out the air hose it was cut off so the air I paid for was being wasted and there was no way for me to inflate my tires.I approached the store to see if I could get reimbursed but the lobby was closed and isolated only to a window on the side of building. Waited about 15 minutes behind one person in the rain. Finally, when it's my turn to speak to the cashier they said I would have to speak to the manager about that, between the hours of 9am and 2pm.This is my second gas station tonight with a broken air compressor. First one at least told me it was broken before I tried using it.They need a sign over the machine preventing this from happening to someone else.Manager ended up telling to me to call the company that creates the air compressor to get my refund, which I have now received.

Yeah these 3 low brow employees were practically shouting how disgusting and vile they found the hot dog roller as they cleaned it. Not only that while I was shopping and the only one in there they pejoratively said I'm always watching like the lady on Monsters Inc. I don't find this behavior funny it's childish unprofessional.
