So sad to write a negative review for my husband who had such high hopes after speaking with John. We picked the truck up on a rainy day so it was hard to tell how it looked. Originally thought he did a good job but when the sun came out my husband could see all the buffer swirls and wax in every crevice. There is wax splatter all over the plastic and the cap is busted off the wiper arm, and the roof was not done. I thought my husband should bring it back to him and show him but he’s afraid it will only be worse. My husband is retired and has limited income and he looked and looked for someone equivalent to the professionals at Auburn detail. He spent all of his spare money he saved and now he has to use his own elbow grease to try to get his ride looking good again. It’s not a classic show piece but it’s everything to him.

This seemed like a good idea for the price and looked great until the grease silicone juice that he uses wore off, and I could see where the compound wheel gouged my grill that was brand new also burnt spots on the pinstriping. my toolbox was all bent to shit as well from somebody standing on it polishing the top of my cab, I suppose. I thought it was odd he said he had to have my truck for two days and I got it back in like a half a day so I’m assuming he just rushed the job. My vehicle is quite a bit older so I guess it didn’t matter.

I was a little embarrassed about how dirty my car had gotten, but the owner completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, understanding, and didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my Envision.
The detailing was worth every penny—the car looks and feels brand new inside and out. He not only deep-cleaned the interior but also washed the exterior, making it shine again.
He even went the extra mile by swapping out my wipers when I couldn't get them off myself, which was such a huge help. The service was worth every penny, and I can honestly say it made me change my mind about trading my car in—now it feels too good to let go!
If you’re looking for quality detailing and outstanding customer care, I highly recommend this place!
