Slowest bank I've ever been to. EXTREMELY SLOW

I'm standing in a long line waiting to be helped and a lady comes in asked the security guard if she could ask a teller a question about a deposit and the security guard tells the Lady to go up to the front of the line cutting everyone else that's been waiting their turn to ask the question. Not cool you guys already move slow with only having two teller's available on a Friday. No reason for that to of happened.

I look forward to visiting this branch. The teller Harriet has to be the classiest, most friendly and helpful I can remember, (& beautiful too).

Small but well staffed location. One drive up ATM and two other drive up service lanes. Never had a long wait for service here and during the day they usually have three people working inside. The parking lot is huge for the building size. Easily accessible from 19th.

The drive-thru line was long, so we just parked right in front and went in. It was around 3:30 on a Tuesday and the lobby only had 3 people. I was able to make my transaction within a few minutes. I was in and out in no time. Faster than the line of cars in drive-thru. Sometimes it pays to just get out of the car and go inside, if you are able.

Slowest bank ever. I despise the fact that my job uses Key bank for corporate deposits. There should be a separate line for business' that are only making corporate deposits. Your making busines' who need to get back to their stores wait while people are getting services they could very easily do themselves electronically.

It's sad when you go into a customer service place and the workers are so rude, and especially people you trust with your funds. Not one greeting except " over here maam" almost a silent transaction except what I would tell her. The friendliest person in the bank was the security guard and I feel bad she has to be around that negative vibe. Only reason you got a star from me was because of her.

Literally worst bank ever!!!!! First issue: I opened up an account with them when I was a minor and my mom was primary on the account. Fast forward 3 years later my mom and I went in for 2 and a half hours for the employee to change me as a primary user. At this time I had also requested to open a second account for savings. I transferred $200 into that account to get started. Employee said he will call me once I can start using the account, no call ever! Okay whatever... Second issue: After he created my second account my first account the card DECLINED EVERYWHERE I WENT. There was all my money in that account. I called Keybank to fix this issue and they said I had to come inside to fix it, I went they said it should work... it didn't. Third issue: I couldn't transfer money from my first account into my second account at all!!!!! Called Keybank to fix the issue, guy told me a few days he will call me... never called me... not surprised.... Fourth issue: When I called to close my accounts I was still listed as a minor on my account and she said I would have to have my mom go close the accounts, when I went literally in February for two hours and half for them to do what???? Nothing ???? Worst customer service ever !!! Too many issues to deal with when I don't have the time to go inside to resolve little issues !!!!

Worst banking experience I've ever had. My dad died, and I needed to remove his name from the account. I brought in power of attorney documents, and they insisted that they were not legit, even though the document had been notarized. The banker insisted what I had was a photo copy of the document, so I contacted the notary, and she insisted that what I had was the original. I even had her talk to the banker, but he would not listen. This was not the only bad experience I've had with Keybank. Several years ago, I went there to get change for a $20 bill (for laundry), but they said they couldn't do that for me if I didn't have an account there. US Bank - right up the street - had no problem with giving change. STAY AWAY FROM KEYBANK!
