Customer service seriously needs to be reevaluated. Mac was very snarky with how she spoke to me. I do not understand what I did to make her speak to me that way. I already had done what she requested. She did not look close enough to see that I did.

Went to set up a checking account and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes until they had NO customers and didn't have a single person ask to help me.I guess I dodged a bad experience by walking out of a business withTERRIBLE customer service.

Hassle every time I go. Asked to raise daily limit on one of my old accounts I opened as a minor which I have had almost 8 years now and STILL have yet to “reset” it. Bank teller mistakenly merged accounts with co-signer/linked party (“and”) so when my other party took out money through THEIR debit card that is a whole different routing number through Key bank it was taken out of one of mine. Attempt to re open MY adult account or another account in general and they tell me they will get back with me every time. Tell me I can’t close the minor account unless other party is present which understandable however absurd god forbid they didn’t live in the state or deceased. Mind you I am a grown woman, my exceeded daily “limit” on my linked account to take out the atm is $300! In what world? As well as one of my parties not receiving the full amount they needed from atm due to cash shortage or error. I am genuinely tired of Keybank I can’t even explain the fire in my chest, the back and forth ordeal is as equivalent to chase bank actually more than them. They say don’t issue money in and out of the minor account for a x amount of time an it will close however it has not. But they’ll close my other ADULT account in a jiffy if you don’t put money in it during a x amount of time. I should not feel like I have to go to the bank multiple times sit there make appointment whatever to see if someone available to open a account. They will not call you back if you need a new one/reopen even if you do some paperwork. I am highly disappointed I have had accounts with them for years at this point I’d rather switch all my stuff over so I can have some peace of mind . I do not feel heard I feel like I’m in a bind and talked in circles. Even tried different locations it’s like they’re brushing it under the rug . I don’t know what happened Keybank used to be okay until 2021 hit and I’m speaking overall from my peers AND myself. Everytime you turn around there’s a error or a “I’ll get back with you”. I have never had such a hassle with any other bank branch.

This bank is so stupid , I couldn't deposit my money 2 times , they have to hold it for almost 1 week , I don't even have access to MONEY THAT I WORKED FOR stupid bank , I hope y'all run out of business

The branch manager is very dismissive unprofessional and non-direct they do not go out and beyond to provide excellent customer service nor help the community during this crisis. are debit card got stuck in the machine over the weekend we were there 2 minutes after they opened and they refused to directly answer a question as to whether their ATM automatically shreds the debit cards or they're just going to shred it and they have the choice to give us back our non-keeping debit card and they didn't want to answer that question because they thought I was stupid but I already did my research I would stay clear from this Bank and not Bank there or use an ATM save yourself some trouble.

Zero stars! I deposit my check from my employer of 4 years, KeyBank kept my check over a total 7 days now! Apparently they need to verify the check! Remind you I have direct deposit every other week from the same employer for years!!!! And no one can assist me as of yet in returning my check! Pending branch manager returning my calls? Still have not return my calls! Now I see why KeyBank is usually EMPTY, but yet nothing is moving fast enough to clear my check?!!! I am so disappointed! DO NOT BANK WITH THESE GUYS!!! Everything is so inconvenient, down to hours and locations, poor customer service and all, everyone seems to direct me to the branch manager?! absolutely ridiculous! I am still waiting for her call! My schedule has been crazy, or I would've done closed my account a long time ago.
