I have to thank Logan at Key Bank at 138th and Pacific Ave in Tacoma for being so helpful and informative just now. I was so anxious when I called I was not very polite... Great tellers with wonderful customer experience. If you stop in weekly they will definitely remember your name and interests. Adella (sp?), Logan, Rich, and Emma are great people. They represent Key Bank well.

Spoke to a Laura or Laurie and explained my mother died. I had paperwork and death certificate and got rude response and no help. It's been near 2 months and their retarded bank doesn't allow anything. It's been at legal now for 6 days 4 business days. It's not complicated, so I'll be posting on the Federal Way location since that's another problem area. It's a theme at all the Key Banks I went to. I went to Tacoma as that's the last place she went prior to death according to her ATM and teller transactions. No help, rude staff and that one deserves to lose her job. Next place Graham, closer to me and no help she said I had to get y stuff notarized elsewhere and couldn't close it there but at the branch of origin. Um, what if it were out of State you moron?! Yep, worthless people.

Don't open an account here unless you're only going to deposit cash because they will put a hold on everything else. Money orders, cashiers checks, payroll checks. You name it they hold it hostage your money is not yours here closing my account as soon as they release the hold on my money orders waste of time trying to be reasonable over the phone they do not work with you and will not give you your money no matter what. Pathetic
