Store item availability doesn't match actual inventory. Made a trip for a specific thing and was unable to purchase. Shopped around a little and cloths were bland, outdated, and overpriced. Store was clean.

Received a gift from my parents that didn’t fit. Had a gift receipt and tags never worn- they only gave me a small portion of original paid price. Their return policy sucks.

The staff here is always sooooo rude. Especially the Amazon returns ladies and the cashiers. If you have to go here, make sure you use self check out unless want the cashiers to piss you off. They never smile and if they do have to interact with you, they’ll let you know how much they didn’t want to show up to work. Everyone there just seems miserable and like the customers forced them to apply for a job there and clock in. Like I said, you can check yourself out and have the best experience. Train your employees to do the jobs they are PAID to do!! They’d rather just stand there and look customers up and down.

Great customer service I choose to do my Amazon returns here because everyone is so nice and makes it an easy process when I'm not the biggest fan of returning things but I want to keep buying from amazon! I got a travel perfume here Valentino extra dose and the gal was so kind and helpful with trying to help me find a lip shade for work. My mom loves kohls.

I’d rate 0 stars out of 5 if I could! I have never shopped with kohls and for my first time on planning to shop it was a horrible experience I was racially profiled and humiliated here at this store by multiple workers! As as I walked in I went straight to the restroom and was followed by 2 workers then made my way to look for a planner, clothes etc. at least 5-6 Different workers kept following me, a worker the manager to be exact then comes up to me and ask me what I was doing with an item??? I told her I’m buying this and she took it from me and told me to leave but I remained calm and just left I will not be shopping here EVER! So glad I never bought anything from you guys

My partner and I ordered a new comforter for in store pickup after ours was unexpectedly ruined. Order was placed after store hours, and cancelled due to the items being out of stock the next morning. I’m not sure who could have bought it while the store was closed, so I’m assuming the store has poor inventory management. We opted for an Amazon comforter instead.

The girl that is always there with the amazon returns never smiles or says hello, is slow, rude, and just chomps her gum like a cow. I’m done using this store until she is gone.

They have signs all over the store stating that they have 25% off, but then when you get to the register, everything that you have does not apply to their sale. They won’t even scan the coupon to see if it even gives you 25% off. The associate that I dealt with was just uppity and clearly in a bad mood that they had to work so close to Christmas. I used to shop here all the time and I think I’ll be taking my shopping somewhere else from now on. They really should have Everything marked in a certain section if it’s not going to be part of your sale instead of having 25% off right above the thing that’s not included in your sale. It’s a shame because I was just enjoying shopping at this place and now I don’t think I will be anymore.
