As soon as I walked in the door people said hi. Not pushy. Julius Guardacosta came and asked me what I was looking for. Showed me a few options then left me to shop but came back to check in on me. After a while he came back and told me the chair I was interested in was available in different functions and fabrics, colors. I was sooo happy. Last time I was at Lazy Boy I had such a bad experience said I would never go back. So this totally changed my mind. Thank you Julius!

Keep your money and time, shop elsewhere. I wish I would have just bought from Costco.1. I spent two days with the sales rep, specifying which items I wanted. I decided to piece together a sectional, a loveseat, and matching power recliner. My bill was over $10,000. Cloth only no leather, no power except recliner. James lineup2. The order took months to fulfill.3. My sectional came with the wrong pieces, which resulted in another month wait for those pieces. (Lazy boy did not charge me for the missing pieces which would have cost more)4. The furniture is low quality. It creaks, wobbles, and feels as if it will not last long. They pop with spring noises when opening and closing. (We have non electric everything except power recliner). We paid for fabric protection, which was supposed to be easy clean, but water just soaks right in. You know when you use the arm of a couch to reposition yourself after sitting for a while? That literally distorts the couch as it’s going to break.5. Our power recliner broke after 3 months light use. The motherboard literally fell apart.6. Extended fabric protection is a joke, must fill out stuff online can’t call.7. I waited 15 minutes on hold with service center until I opted for a call back “within 24 hours”. They called and took my information. Then said a service rep would call me back. No call back after 24 hours. Not sure when they will.7. No idea how long it will take to repair.For 10k, cloth, powerless, I feel bamboozled. I thought the furniture quality would have been better. I did sit in store, and I have to say I didn’t notice these things there. Lazy boy, are floor models built differently?I expected premium quality, I got lowest. Even the fabric density, is the absolute minimum.

This was an amazing experience. At first it was overwhelming with the number of choices. My husband and I had different requirements for what we wanted. Jeanie listened to both of our wants, brought us to specific chairs, took in our feedback and got us exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service and we left with 2 chairs and a matching couch.

Salesman (Julius) and design specialist (Sheila) were very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Easy to work with. I don’t have my furniture yet but I’m confident I will love it!
