Every LabCorp has extremely long wait times. You call their offices and never get an answer. It’s apparent they are extremely understaffed.

The check in process may be daunting to some, but it is pretty user friendly. I like that you can make an appointment and the girl there is good at her job. She was there by herself and by the time I left, the waiting room was full of people. I think she's doing a good job handling it all solo. Plus, she didn't hurt me or leave a bruise.

There is only one tech at this site. To me, a single tech post should have a professional one who can draws blood for any type patients. This is not the case, she has no confidence of taking blood of my 5.5 years old daughter. Too many excuses such as; I can try.. but, no one is holding her.. etc.. I offered to hold her and wanted to pursue since I didn’t want to go somewhere else. After standing for a while she asked me to make a payment. I do know 100% about how my insurance coverage. I turned down the service and went somewhere else. To summarize this Labcorp site. It should be closed down for good or have someone who is professional with blood draws and insurance. I wanted to give a zero * if I could.

I've waited 30-45 minutes for Labs when one was ahead of me. Labcorp needs to schedule enough techs at their locations so patients so it doesn't take almost an hour to get Labs.

Showed up when it opened and still waited over an hour. I’ve never had slower service when getting blood drawn. Don’t come unless you’re prepared to wait

My only issue was finding the location, as of 3/15/2024 they were on the second floor in 204. The lady who helped me made it quick and easy.

Absolute waste of time. The website is god awful, not informative whatsoever. Booked an appointment just to be told that I can’t have bloodwork due to needing a referral? Would’ve been nice to know 2 weeks ago!I recommend Any Lab Test Now if you’re in Tacoma; no doctor’s order necessary, no appointment necessary, and a clear address with clear directions on their website!? Don’t give LabCorp your time or money until they figure this nonsense out. Businesses that are this careless and lackluster in quality shouldn’t be able to get away with it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. One person working. One pretty apathetic person. She couldn’t find vein for blood work. Basically said I was out of luck and try somewhere else.

Went in on September 8th to drop a same off for my mom, took forever to be acknowledged than treated so rudely afterwards about I needed my mom's info when it was clearly in their computer system then told their was no Dr order and needed to get it luckily the Dr was on the third floor of the same medical building, when I came back down still treated badly and still told their was no Dr order they had to look for it and that their was a balance if not paid they couldn't do anything well what's the point of assistance if it's not applied to help patients on limited income. I've been in customer service for awhile and I know you don't think a patient as badly as I was treated. LabCorp needs to hire more people with a heart not heartless workers.

I went in about 130pm, walked in to one person working the entire lab. Waiting about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was in for a newborn heel sticks (mind you, this lab is one floor above the birth center) and the tech covering (she mentioned this was not her normal lab) could not find the droplet cards. Was told I needed to go to the other lab in the hospital (I do not use this hospital) and the directions given sent me to the inpatient lab which i could not use. Finally a tech took pity on me, as i was and am very frustrated, and walked me to the outpatient lab that will hopefully have the correct stuff needed.

Lab techs did okay job with blood work, but company's billing practices and knowledge are very questionable and turn out to be very pricey for cash patients. Same seems to me true at both facilities I've been to.
