I’d give negative reviews if possible! Stay away from this dealership!!! As far as possible! We had an engine replaced under a recall, got our car back with one of the front wheels a size smaller. Original size was 17 inch wheel and they put back on a 16.Now they don’t want to take responsibility! And they don’t even pick up the phone anymore. Every time we come in and ask for the service manager somehow they’re not there!But it’s okay, HyundaiUSA would love to hear about this incident.Again stay from these pathetic people!

I acquired my Hyundai Sonata from this dealership several years ago and had refrained from availing their services for quite some time due to a past experience that left me profoundly disappointed. However, as of October 18, 2023, a remarkable transformation has taken place, elevating their service to an entirely new level. From the initial call for a software update to the moment I departed from their establishment, I was met with an exceptional level of service. What truly sets this experience apart is the transparency and sincerity demonstrated by the dealership. A day after my service visit, I received a thoughtful text message that included a video link. In this video, they meticulously illustrated and explained, in a straightforward manner, the various components that required replacement or attention for my vehicle. It was a refreshing departure from the typical sales tactics—no fluff, just honest and straightforward service.Furthermore, their staff, composed of young and remarkably sharp individuals, exude professionalism and warmth, assuring customers of their commitment to ensuring the safety and smooth operation of their vehicles.

Made a call and was told they had a car I was looking for. I spoke with an older gentleman and was told to come in and see him. When I arrived I was handed off to a different person. Not as knowledgeable and experienced. Once we agreed on the contract it took almost 60min to get to finance. That took forever. Then the car was not fully prepared and not cleaned properly. Then the “Dealer” had installed blink light looks to not be installed. We purchased the Zürich protection package and was told they would push this to happen sooner and now three weeks still waiting. Making calls to get information and things moving have gone out unreturned after 4 calls to the dealership. Ugh…. This is awful to deal with having just leased a new vehicle.

I didn't buy a car here because they didn't have much inventory yet alone the car I wanted. Paul harden tried his hardest for me. To keep my business. Yes there were some sales tactics he tried on me but I was onto him. Overall, I recommend Paul if they have the car you want. He is upfront laid-back no pressure honest guy.

We recently had a really bad experience with two different used car lots. After our van broke down and left us stranded.We wanted to make sure our next vehicle was a reliable one with amazing warranties. So we spent days researching all different types of car lots and landed on them.Joey treated us amazing and we were able to purchase our new car.The whole experience was amazing. It took a while at the lot to get the whole process finished (as expected) but it was so pleasant. Everyone is extremely nice and we were able to walk out of there with our dream car.We will definitely be coming back if we ever want to get another vehicle and we Highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs

I just have to say how happy I was with my experience with Larson Hyundai and Rochelle! She was absolutely amazing. She greeted us at the door with so much excitement and my husband and I really bonded with her. We walked in on not thinking about buying a car but had it in the back of our mind since we were down a car but rest assured everything was taken care of and we were at ease walking out with a brand new car! I could not be more happy with how well the process was and how painless it was to buy a car. Thank you Rochelle and Larson Hyundai!!!

Probably the best service I’ve had at a dealership. Don did a great job getting me into the car I wanted. After about a month my battery went bad, the sales manager, maybe Mike, told me the car is too new to have a bad battery, we’ll replace that for you. Overall incredible team at Larson, if I’m still here when it comes time to get a new car again this is where I will be shopping.

Beware this dealership's use of deal sheets on their website. We went through the whole process with specific numbers for our trade-in, car pricing and leasing information. Then we completed the remainder of the website's request for drivers license, insurance, and credit applications for my wife and I. We received email confirmation as well as phone calls from a sales person indicating all was good and when would we like to come there for a test drive. I requested written confirmation that all was in place for a deal before we drove there for a test drive and completion of paperwork and suddenly things went in a different direction. The internet sales manager communicated with me that their website was providing erroneous trade-in values and he told us the trade in would be almost 20% lower that what was on the deal sheet with the leasing rate per month increasing by over $150. They were trying to blame Kelly Blue Book for providing erroneous data -- all I was doing was following up on a deal sheet provided on the website. They assume NO responsibility for their website so don't trust anything that is on there. It's just a website to develop customer contacts for them -- UGHH!Very shady business!

DO NOT buy a vehicle fromLarson Hyundai, or any Hyundai for that matter.We have been dealing with major factory recalls that make the vehicle unsafe to drive from Hyundai for YEARS. This is our third major factory recall.We got an entire engine replaced on Larson Hyundai’s dime after much urging and trying to persuade them to take care of the issue they are responsible for servicing, because THEY ARE THE HYUNDAI DEALERS in our area. And now we are dealing with yet ANOTHER factory recall.The manufacturing company and or dealers of vehicles from this company are OBLIGATED to fix and remedy ALL factory recalls. This isn’t a wear and tear issue. This is a manufacturing error that potentially but the buyers and operators of the vehicles are major riskof harm. Factory recalls must be taken care of by either the company or the dealer (Hyundai or a Hyundai dealer).Larson Hyundai did not want to assume responsibility for a factory recall because the vehicle was purchased previously at another Hyundai dealer. That dealer no longer exists. Should it matter which dealership the car was purchased at? The car has THE NAME “Hyundai”, there is a factory recall that made our HYUNDAI vehicle unsafe to drive. So, who should assume responsibility for fixing the vehicle? Any guesses? HYUNDAI.A rep at Larson Hyundai couldn’t get our vehicle scheduled in until late August — the vehicle is not safe to drive and we have jobs to commute to. In the mean time, Larson Hyundai was unwilling to provide a replacement/rental car while we wait for repairs. They said it was because we did not originally purchase our vehicle from their lot. But does this matter? They ARE THE Hyundai dealership. The other lot no longer exists because Larson Hyundai took over and assumed responsibility for any service requests.Larson Hyundai expects us to risk being in a potentially fatal accident every day for 45 days (soonest they can get us in is 8/25/23). Their solution was for us to call a 1-800 number Hyundai corporate, with no promises that this problem can be resolved.Nope. Not a solution. This dealership has blamed everybody but assuming responsibility for one of THEIR vehicles, putting the customer at risk for potential bodily harm driving in one of THEIR vehicles.The only “100% guarantee” from Larson Hyundai is that they do not care about the lives of their customers.Do not do business with them.

I bought a used car almost 1 month ago - the car and the sales team were ok - the hard part started once my company send me for a few month to a different state to help with a protect - I contact every day for 7 days the Hyundai office with a request to mail the car plates to different addressed. It is very frustrated that it is taking so long for them to reply and perform a simple task of mailing the plates while my temporary registration is nearly expired. I do not think I will use their service again.

What a great, no pressure experience! Sarah H. was amazing to work with. She provided us with great information about the vehicles we were looking at and never pushed the sale. The whole interaction was like hanging out with a friend. If you're in the market for a Hyundai ask for Sarah H.
