I thought this place only worked on hardware but I called about an application problem just in case. What a bounty of knowledge Andrew has who helped me connect my Mozilla Thunderbird email client to Microsoft Mail server after all my outgoing mail started failing. It took a while but he was persistent. Plus, I had a great time chatting about computers. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had so many questions about a PC I just bought. The folks here were very knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with them. Friendly, exceptionally informative, competitive prices. I learned so much in a short amount of time. Definitely my new hub for all my computer needs.

Efficient, low-cost, customer-oriented, friendly dogs. You couldn't ask for much more in a computer place. The last time I was there they removed and tested a hard drive for me, confirmed it was dead, helped me carry the computer back to my car and said there was no charge for bad news.

Went in to these guys due to a slowing computer. Was ready to spend some $$ to get it fixed properly. Diagnosed the issue and fixed for considerably less than what I was expecting and was done in less than 48 hours. Easy to talk to. Would highly recommend. Been about a week now and the computer is running like a charm.

I specifically told this shop to let me know the price **before** proceeding with any repairs so I could decide if it was worth it. I understand there are labor fees. However was not told those or mentioned whatsoever. Instead, they called me and said they had already fixed the issue without mentioning any cost at all. It wasn’t until I arrived to pick up my computer that they finally told me the price, which was more than I was prepared to spend. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s wishes. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

The guys here are all great, i came in because my computer wasn't reading my boot drive, it ended up being a loose connection and a simple fix free of charge. I also had them wipe my failing drive and install my OS on the SSD. They were fast and efficient and offered to install some new hardware free of charge.

I like small business as the owners often are more knowledgeable and involved than the large companies .
And this is the case here. I brought in an older PC that had seen better days and had unexpectedly died. They were busy but quickly fit me in for a quick diagnosis. Based on this, they gave me a cost and time estimate. Turned out they were spot on, costing a tad less and quicker delivery.
Should have a future issue I will call on them again.

Yes Bishop rocks! He helped me on the spot, no leaving Chromebook. He’s very knowledgeable. I’m sure the other guys there are great too but he did share an amazing recipe to boot. Thanks Last Stop!

Brought in a macbook that I had very low expectations of getting fixed because every other place I’d gone to inspected it for a few minutes then quoted me upwards of $500 but then I was recommended to come here! In less than 5 minutes of walking in there, the man who helped me out had unscrewed the bottom of my laptop to check is out and ran a quick test. I thought to myself “finally someone is actually taking the time to look into the problem!” I wish I’d just come here sooner as the laptop had been laying around broken for about a year. He had it fixed in less than two days at a fantastic price! These people are genuine and know their stuff. GO HERE!!!
