Zero customer service!! Walked in, 4 associates on the floor, not one said hello or say “we will be right with you!” Stood there for 10 min, then decided to leave as I felt not wanted or need for my business! Good job!!

I had a great experience visiting this lenscrafter. I was impressed with the large selection of designer brands, it was difficult narrowing it down to one pair. Val, the store manager, was so helpful and made the whole process so quick and easy.

Today I was helped by Angelina. She’s amazing. She helped me find my new prescription glasses and fixed my current Bvlgari glasses. Love them. Can’t wait to wear my new pair of glasses! Valerie was amazing! She was so incredibly helpful to me in a tough situation. I’m not from Washington. I’m flying home tomorrow to Mississippi, and I fell today and broke my glasses. My friend took me to Lens Crafters really not knowing what to expect. Valerie was so kind and helpful. She found another set of frames that worked with my lenses! She was great and I really appreciated her help.

Had an appointment scheduled with them. A lady calls me one day to get insurance information which I provided. Next day get a text message from someone stating they needed insurance information then starts basically using scare tactics on how much this could cost if there is this or that and just kept going on and on which I just saw a eye doctor literally yesterday but he could not do a prescription so I just needed a quick exam to get a new pair of glasses but nope she was basically just trying to scare away business. Got rescheduled someplace else no problems at all. I would avoid!

Came in here for a fix on my glasses and the guy who works here was very fast with it, said i was missing a screw, so he replace it with a screw making it all better snd back in piece. Took him about 5 minutes ish. Really good customer service. Would recommend for broken pieces. The guys name was Mel.

Angelina and team at this store were able to handle my issue to get the Rx updated on my glasses. It was a super fun visit, we had some laughs and good conversation, but all of my needs were taken care of in a professional and knowledgeable manner. I highly recommend the team at the Tacoma LensCrafters.
