On pacific hwy so just down from 176th. In Spanaway. !!! Dont go !!!
They never checked alignment or suspension. Swapped out rims and put on 2 tires. All this from me being run off the road by someone else. After they did the work they let me go. I noticed a sway in car and a brushing sound, like a rubbing tire. Took it back and that's when they checked and the suspension was shot, not drivable, unsafe. YET they let me go drive AND I WAS AN ACCIDENT GETTING READY TO HAPPEN. THEY ONLY MOUNTED TWO TIRES AND SENT ME HOME. ALMOST 400$ for tires and work on an undrivaled car.
I went to auto shop across the street. Front right and both rear suspension parts gone, SHOT, tore up. Front right workable. Cost for work $12,000.00. Do you think car was safe ???
I am thinking of getting an attorney or at least sueing in small claims. Something. They put me out driving unsafe. I could have had another accident this time died?!!!

Just a word of warning, before you accept a quote and give authorization for repairs shop around. I'm going to spend $800.00 and get the exact same parts they quoted for $850.00. Save your money and shop around.

The staff went above and beyond to get me back on the road. This included coming to my house and putting air in my tire to get me to the shop. This is before even knowing if my tire repair would cost money! Les Schwab has been my go to for years. I am never disappointed.Keep up the amazing work!

From the moment I parked and went to the front counter to check in, I knew from the busy, professional attitide and even the spirit buzzing in the air, that I was at the best place in town to get my new tires. The tire techicians were focused and working dilligently on every car or truck in the work bays. While I was sitting in the waiting area I notice even the local fire department prefer Les Schwab to keep the medic cars and fore trucks running smoothly on the road. Two fire dept workers walked in, stood briefly in line and explained to the counter worker exactly what they need. The staff at the front counter understood clearly the first tme. I could see the condident facial expressions. Pure professionalism and highly trained employees make the difference. My 2011 Toyota Camry went right in. I bought (4) new All Season tires. I loved the tread design. On my drive home, I actually experienced a joyful feeling. I know I will drive safer and with more confidence. Thank you all so much! Fantastic job! Colby did my flat tire repair and gave me great recommendations for when I need to replace my tires also complimentary car battery travel check very friendly and less than an hour wait also service dog friendly

Let me tell you! Hands down the nicest and most professional team i've met. I stopped in because i hit a nail and it was on my tesla. I have no knowledge of vehicles and they helped me and patched me out. Came in for a basic tire rotation. Was told it couldn’t be done because my rear tires were too low at 3/32” tread — above the legal limit — while the fronts were at 6/32”. Rear-wheel drive.
I declined the new tire upsell, and suddenly the rotation was possible. Amazing how that works.
After the rotation now with 6/32” tires doing the driving, I was informed my tires were “essentially not doing anything for me.” Interesting way to describe rear tires with 6/32” of tread on a rear wheel drive car.
Appreciate the creativity, won’t be back to any location.

Y'all, I had the worst day yesterday for reasons beyond my tire issue, and Les Schwab made my real bad day better. Saw a low pressure alert, pulled into a gas station at 5:50pm, noticed a nail sticking out. Immediately left for this Les Schwab location which was closing at 6:00pm: Called at 5:51pm, arrived at 5:54pm, car was brought in by the team, tire was patched immediately, and I was out of there by 6:22pm. ALL FOR FREE? IN THIS ECONOMY? They had Ancient Aliens playing on the TVs, too, so Les Schwab never fails, would rate 10 stars if I could.

They did a really amazing job, and were positive, cheerful, and happy to help to the whole time even though my situation took them longer than it should have. (Due to me not having my lug nut key)
