Driver had access to JBLM, so I didn't have to meet them at the gate which was nice. They were prompt, easy to work with, and flexible. Good experience.

This company helped a drunk driver, who did tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage to our property. They never even bothered to call us. (We could have simply opened the gate) they demolished our fence and then drug the drunk drivers car over thousands of dollars worth of material. Called to speak with a manager and have received no response. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against this horrible company.

I was so grateful for the kindness and promptness of the tow.
I was hot, tired, mad, and frustrated after waiting 4 hours for my tow from a different company that cancelled on me. I called Liberty and explained my dilemma. The dispatcher was so nice. She confirmed a cost and an ETA of 30 minutes. The driver was quick and efficient. They arrived on time, no hidden cost, and the truck and staff were clean and professional.
After my bad day, they gave me a little something to smile about.

After Going through 3 Tow companies that left me stranded for 5 hrs because they said they couldn't Tow my Box truck after being told what it was Liberty Came out Jerad was awesome I shifted tools around to do what I could to help with weight. I appreciate the time to atleast show up and try unlike most of these companies. LIBERTY GETS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. Thanks Again Jerad for saving the day

The driver was so kind and patient! I had my three year old with me (who is obsessed with tow trucks). The driver took the time to show him how everything worked on the tow truck.

I rented a car from Turo and it broke down on the mountain, Snoqualmie pass.
I called turo support and they dispatched a man from liberty towing, his name was Matt H.
Me and my son were sitting outside the car eating breakfast.
And as soon as he pulled up, he had a good attitude about him. He encouraged us to ride up front and was very personable, he was kind and encouraging. I didn't want to ride up front with my son with me in a tow truck.
But Matt did a good job, of making us feel welcomed, and the ride was smooth.
He offered good advice and overall the ride was worth reviewing. I would use liberty towing anytime because of my experience with our driver.

Matt H. was my tow truck driver and showed up shirtless doing a belly dance with some Patrick star pasties best service yet not to mention the LADY GA GA Poker Face song playing from his truck on high volume!

I was having issues with my Subaru ignition not turning over. Joey came to save the day! He spent time spraying some WD40 and with some persistence was able to get my car to start! Saved me an expensive trip to the dealership and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Horrible company they allowed a truck of theirs to illegally park in a Mexican restaurant for over 5 hours and bully and harass the employees with no repercussions. It’s a sick display for a company to do this and no one should use this place.

Absolute garbage. Had my car towed through insurance, liberty was the responding company . Called in the morning to verify that the car was picked up, was told quite rudely that the work order had been cancelled, and that they didn’t have my car and to take it up with my insurance company. After 6-8 hours of dealing with insurance and other towing companies trying to find my car we had to report it stolen. Adding yet an additional layer of complications. We used the bluelink in the car to help police locate it, ( unfortunately we didn’t realize this existed till we spoke with the dealership) which when the responding officer went to the address he found the car located on top of a liberty tow truck at a personal residence. Consequently just as we learning this liberty towing calls and informs me that our car was at their impound yard and that they couldn’t deliver the car to dealership as the service center was closed on Sunday. I then informed them that the car was found not at their impound yard but at a personal residence on their truck. They apologized and said this isn’t how they do business. Then after cleaning up the mess of unreporting with the police and insurance and so on I found that the dealership wouldn’t be able to diagnose the car for 30-35 days. So I figured maybe to help compensate for the circus that we had just gone through liberty towing would at least retow the car to a dealership in skagit county that the car was originally bought at and that would get to fixing it immediately. Unfortunately I was instructed to restart a claim/work order (which by this time I am absolutely done dealing with anyone about this matter) with my insurance company and they would cover the additional 500 out of pocket. So long and short I called A-Better-Way towing Company and they are handling everything. Like 2 phone calls… handled. No questions.
