My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday at Tacoma’s location and had an absolute blast! Staff was attentive, kind, and accommodating. From setup to cleanup, the entire party was handled and the booking process was a breeze. Lani went above and beyond making sure everybody had a great time!

Logan was amazing. She was immediately present when I walked in, engaged positively and cheerful, actively listened to my product questions and offered solutions or alternatives that were just as good. Management should be impressed with this staff and commend her efforts. This is truly a person worth investing in.

The two ladies that helped me were beyond amazing! I stopped in for the first time today 9/1/2025 and as a man I was way in over my head but they helped me get everything I needed for my daughters and wifey and made me feel valid and not like a number while educating me on what and why I needed certain products. Great experience and will be back.

I just want to say how amazing the service here is as everyone is always super friendly and amazing and attentive! I want to really thank Null for being so amazing and lovely she was beyond helpful and kind and just wonderful with recommending the right products for me and my mom as well as making several recommendations and showing us how everything works and see what would suit us best as well as what me and my mom would like more. She was running the store alone that day and even then she kept such beautiful high energy went above and beyond helping absolutely everyone that walked in!

Came in for a product i’ve used and know well. when i was checking out one of the employees, Lahney (didn’t remember to ask the spelling) asked me if i had used the product and what for, and then recommended me some items that would help restore the proteins in my hair that i lost through the bleaching process. Lahney was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. give her a raise.

My son had a party at Lush because he loves bath bombs. Lani was a great host and he had so much fun making them! All the employees in this store are so friendly and welcoming!

A few day's ago I met the nicest GAY dude on the planet! He was super nice helpful kind& knowledgeable! He didn't blink an eye when I accidentally called him brahda (in Hawaii thats a term of endearment). I was honestly expecting him to say/claim that I purposefully misgendered HIS imaginary labels/pronouns. I truly wished I asked him his name cause he's honestly one of the NICEST gay dudes I've ever met. I'm going to find out who his bosses name so I can let him know he deserves a $5/$10 raise ASAP.

This place almost always has fantastic service. Today I was mostly helped by Logan, but Atlas also offered kind and friendly recommendations and checked on me. I was beyond stressed today and just came in to buy some conditioner, but Logan was very kind and helpful (and generous with a few samples) that I ended up splurging. Between the two of them I ended up leaving the shop already feeling better. Amazing job you two!
