I have been shopping here for my furniture for years. I've bought two mattresses, rugs and a sectional from this location over the past 7 years. Every purchase, I had a very good experience. Their sales reps are not pushy and have good energy. About a year ago I was mattress shopping and they were having a great sale on a mattress I've had my eye on and shopped around for. I decided to get it from Macy's and they wanted to sell me the expensive mattress protector. Jokingly I said prove it to me it works and I'll buy it. The sales reps took me to their break room, took someone's bottle of root beer and poured it over a mattress sample with the protector. The whole situation was so funny that I couldn't help but buy the overpriced mattress protector. I mean, a bottle of root beer was sacrificed for this sale. In November of 2023 I had been searching for a new sectional. I went into Ashley furniture and was hounded by sales reps. I had to swat people off as I just wanted personal space to browse. I went to Mor furniture which also sent reps chasing me for a sale. Lazy boy furniture was similar. Macys was different. I let them know I was searching for a sectional and I wanted to take a look around. The sales reps told me where they would be if I needed assistance and I was not interrupted once. It was refreshing! I ended up finding a sectional I loved and made the purchase. 4 days later the sectional was delivered to my house. The setup was quick and easy by the install team. They were on time, called me when they were 15 minutes out, didn't wear their shoes in the house, tested all the power seats to make sure that they worked and took all garbage with them. Overall, I've always had a good buying experience at this location. Their deliveries are on time, and there's constant notifications so you don't forget when they are going to be there.

Everything about the experience was great. Pat was super helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to show us options and different configurations. He was easy to work with, we never felt any pressure. Furniture was priced very reasonably. Communication about delivery date and times was very efficient. 2 hour window, which on the day of delivery was nailed down almost to the minute. The delivery guys were friendly, quick and thorough. We would highly recommend them

Bought an electric recliner in September 2021and paid an extra nearly $300 for the extended "Worry No More" warranty. Two weeks ago the chair stopped working. It is stuck in the raised leg position and won't go down. We called the warranty place and they didn't respond until today. They said they can't come out u til two more weeks. That means a full month of waiting. Then I'm sure because the motor is burnt out, they'll have to replace the chair which will take another month. I have cancer and my mobility is extremely limited. I'm in chemo and struggle to even walk. This is the only place I have to sit and having to climb into and out of this chair is painful. Acts says it's the warranty company's responsibility. But Macy, you sold me this $1500 chair and sold my the $309 warranty so I hold you responsible for this. Come fix or replace it as you promised. So much for "Worry No More".

Went in to take a look at this sectional after months of looking. Fits all of our needs, very comfortable, and nice material.Nancy J. assisted us at the store, she was very helpful and professional!We chose to pick up rather than have delivered. Didn’t catch his name but the individual in the loading area was very efficient and friendly!

Love sitting in the massage chairs. They range from $3k - $11k.. The beautiful thing about it is the sales people don't give you a hard time about it either, much respect!! I will have one very soon!!

I bought a sofa set and asked for a storage ottoman. I asked several times that it was the storage ottoman and the salesman said it was. Well the wrong ottoman showed up so I returned it. I was refunded but not for the delivery portion. I spoke with three different people who all told me either no or they’d see to get the delivery refunded. I finally had to go through the Better Business Bureau to get the delivery fee refunded. The whole time they acted like it was my fault the ottoman wasn’t correct. I do love the sofas but I doubt I’d go back.

Came in here on a Friday afternoon looking for a sectional. I was never greeted or even acknowledged by any of the staff. Not that they had anything I'd want to buy anyways, but the customer service here is awful.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Buying and ordering and being refunded for our purchase has been a nightmare, our sales associate has been either off work or on vacations off and on for the last 2 months. DO NOT order a beautyrest black mattress from here, the wrong mattress was sent to us 2 times, it's not the same as the store demo. a refund on out $5400 purchase is taking over a month to get back to us, I have had to spend over 8 hours communicating with them and customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from here.

I bought my couch last year in October 2021. After many delays, I finally got it at the end of June. About 9 months later. But then 3-ish months later, one of the recliners already broke and not working, power switch went out. When I called to get it fixed, had to wait for someone to come out. That person then disconnected the other recliner and that didn't work. So I had to call and reschedule to have someone come back out and fix that too. Then Macy's Customer Service was supposed to call me and order replacement parts during my first visit and they never did. So I had repair guy do it for me on my their 2nd visit. Macy's said it's 6-8 weeks to even get the part, then I need to call to schedule to have someone come out and fix it. Then, they also told me the couch has been discontinued, so even if they wanted to replace a piece, they can't. So not only did I have to wait almost a year to get the couch. Then 3 months later it's broken and I have to wait 2 months to even get a part for it. Unbelievable! Everyone told me to go to Ashley Furniture or any of the hundreds of furniture stores out there, and now I really wish I would have. This is a horrible experience. And we really liked these couches, so it's a huge disappointment to have all this happen.
