One of the best shops around to take your tools to for maintenance and repair. Efficient and knowledgeable staff.Make sure you are specific when stating you want an estimate versus repairs.

Dropped off a tool over a month ago still waiting for parts and had a bad attitude when I called and asked about it. If I would have bought it somewhere else they would have just replaced it

After going to 8 other stores, the sales person found just the stapes I wanted, and even tested them for me. I am so grateful for their excellent service.

Manor hardware repairs small tools .. So I took in a Bosch 'D' Handle jig (sabre saw) in for a cord replacement. The repair gal hands me a cord! If I wanted a cord I would have asked for one! I wanted and would gladly pay for them to install the cord. Alas as suspected my attempt left me with broken wires and a non usable tool. So I took it back to have done what I asked for in the first place. Only this time it came in a box of parts. Once reassembled they had a NC for me (NO Charge) which to me was only acceptable business practice. So during the course of my project I become embarrassed when I whip out my jigsaw but it is inoperable and wont secure the blade!!! Sh-t! So again I drive to Manor hardware 11 miles away and give it to them for a full and corrective repair... But upon pick up they want to charge $30.00!! for labor (since no parts were needed just the correct reassembly. I informed them I felt shafted by a unnecessary charge for incompetence on their part. Which naturally fell upon deaf ears. Stay away from them, save yourself the grief; there are other tool repair shops. Now all I can do is deny the charges with my bank!

So they took longer than what they said to even look at my nail guns and I called to that not to worry I would pick them up if they were too busy not to fix them but magically when I show up they fix one and take apart the other one and expect me to pay when I had already told them not to work on the guns. Bad customer service and and bad attitude.
