While the phone lady we spoke with was an absolute gem and got our hopes up, the yard personnel have a LONG way to go to be considered courteous or helpful. Both the guard and the bldg 200 supervisor were rude and off-putting, sorry you fellas are having a bad Monday while the rest of us are just here to do our job. Maybe customer service isn't your line of work.

Backcharged me $200 and because of lumber not being the dimensions they needed. Waited 5 hours to tell me. I offered to go get the proper sized lumber and they said they won’t let me make a solution to their problem. I’m clearly not the first person to make this mistake and they have yet to consider that the common denominator of the problem is them. Stole my lumber and refuse to give it back. I am in disbelief how they think this is okay.

The office workers haven't a clue regarding professional language and training new employees as most of them are Temps. Blind leading the blind. I alsoexperienced rudeness and distmrespect as the few regular employees vie for power.

Truck Drivers delivering to building 300: Follow Google Maps directions, not your trucking gps. Stay to the left lane and follow signs for Matson. Check in with guard shack. Proceed to shipping and receiving office - window 3. Must have hi-vis vest and booking number.
