Shipped a Lexus LX from Seattle to Kona. Had to pick up in Hilo and car arrived in perfect shape. Doc workers in Hawaii were on strike (not Matson’s fault!) so had to come back for our car. The associate who helped was so attentive and understanding. It was 100% out of her hands and again, so helpful. We’re getting ready to bring the car back to seattle and will use Matson again. We’ve used them 5 times a now (Seattle to Hawaii and back between containers and vehicles) and will use again. Mahalo Matson for a good experience!

Absolutely great place to come as a truck driver, staff is awesome and will take care of you pretty well. No real screaming and chaos like you see at the WUT terminal and Husky. Couple fellas out back loading and unloading containers are laid back, always enjoy a couple laughs with them. as a trucker just follow their rules and get on their good side.

We shipped our car from Anchorage to Tacoma. We arrived at SeaTac airport with only an hour until Matson closed on the Friday before Labor Day. We really needed to pick up our car before the long weekend. I reached Nakia on the phone & she was so helpful. While she confirmed the closing time, she told me exactly how to navigate the entrance, security & how get to the local office. Our taxi pulled up at 7 minutes before closing & Nakia took great care of us. Thanks Nakia & Matson!

They transported 2021 my car from Anchorage AK to Seattle. I waited 3 weeks because it loaded first and they have to wait more freight before leaving AK. No damage and easy pickup. I want to transport back again in 2025 and I will contact again

Driver waited whole hour to get offloaded since 9.30 am and they took a break for 20 min. Very unprofessional people working there, Forklift driver not nice. Delivery came with 2x4 from shipper but somehow he forced to take this back. Driver explained not mine but all of a sudden forklift driver threw those dunnage to his trailer. This place need more training.

Stupid place, Everybody don’t care about your time, No one told me that the car I was delivering had to be behind my trailer, but it wasn't until I took off all the straps and started unloading the cars that they told me. They made me load the cars onto the trailer and drive away.
