New ownership and the person working did really attempt to help me out w an issue that unfortunately couldn't be resolved at the time. Not their fault though.
Definitely a better Vibe and service than the last time I went to this location before the switch.

Employees were helpful for a minute. It's unfortunate that Metro has become about selling you a new phone instead of helping you with the one that was just purchased two months ago. I'm looking for a new carrier, or are they all the same? I say yes.

The workers they have in the Sprague location are scammers!! I went in looking to upgrade my device, the phone I wanted had to be ordered so they tried to push me to buy another phone I didn’t want. When discussing prices they said the phone was a extra $300 which makes no sense when the website shows a different price. When I asked about financing a phone and what would be the price out the door they had to call and ask their manager…which I’m confused why they would be calling the manager to ask them when they finance the phones through smart pay. 0 stars!!!
