Oh my goodness “Andrea”and jouse was the best!!! Like they helped me purchase a WiFi box for my new apartment! Very friendly and understanding! Wonderful customer service! Very patient and kind! You guys need to hire more great staff like them!!!!

Bring in my own device had it turned on with a $65 plan. The sales guys gave me a $30 plan then charged me for insurance that won't cover my phone and charged me $110 total. These people are crooks and give the customer the opposite of what they want and don't give you a valid receipt to show you what you paid for. Corporate needs to investigate this authorized dealer. Cause these people are definitely violating their contact with T-mobile.

Honestly, for me the service was terrible in other places, if they don't speak Spanish, they try to explain to you about the plans and purchases that you can opt for, here they simply tell you, you can't buy this, you can't eliminate the line, you have to wait a while to make the order. change of number, it is a real scam and a headache, another bad way is that they do not give receipts and if you complain about it they do not give you the same.

I was very happy with young man who worked there...he was informative..helpful..very pleasant..patient..and overall a great experience. I have been with MetroPCS for seven yrs. This is by far the best store to deal with for all your needs. Far above the rest of them in my previous yrs. Thank You

Not even a ONE STAR...I went in to get a new phn on their lease plan. Picked out the phn had all my info in system. Some guy takes over the sale. Tells me I can't have that phn. I specifically told them what I wanted and needed. He hands me some other phn. Charges me 260.00. And says it's a better phn..and you don't have to worry about paying every month. Grabbed a case stuck it on phn. Charged me 50 more bucks. And changed my service plan. The phn he gave me was 32 memory...no stylist and no charging cord!!! Then NO RECEIPT!!!Tried to return it but needed a receipt.I called corporate!@ well see what happens!!

I went in to change carriers and get a new phone, but I found it strange when I noticed he began scrolling through my text messages. I called him out on it and he said he was looking for "information". I took my phone back and left the store.
