Bring in my own device had it turned on with a $65 plan. The sales guys gave me a $30 plan then charged me for insurance that won't cover my phone and charged me $110 total. These people are crooks and give the customer the opposite of what they want and don't give you a valid receipt to show you what you paid for. Corporate needs to investigate this authorized dealer. Cause these people are definitely violating their contact with T-mobile.

I was very happy with young man who worked there...he was informative..helpful..very pleasant..patient..and overall a great experience. I have been with MetroPCS for seven yrs. This is by far the best store to deal with for all your needs. Far above the rest of them in my previous yrs. Thank You

Not even a ONE STAR...I went in to get a new phn on their lease plan. Picked out the phn had all my info in system. Some guy takes over the sale. Tells me I can't have that phn. I specifically told them what I wanted and needed. He hands me some other phn. Charges me 260.00. And says it's a better phn..and you don't have to worry about paying every month. Grabbed a case stuck it on phn. Charged me 50 more bucks. And changed my service plan. The phn he gave me was 32 memory...no stylist and no charging cord!!! Then NO RECEIPT!!!Tried to return it but needed a receipt.I called corporate!@ well see what happens!!

I went in to change carriers and get a new phone, but I found it strange when I noticed he began scrolling through my text messages. I called him out on it and he said he was looking for "information". I took my phone back and left the store.

Why does everything take so long when you buy a new phone? It's like buying a car! Not at just this location, but all phone stores. It's crazy! Everyone was great and very helpful.

Rude and inconsiderate!!! Like the rest of the country is becoming!!! My friends car wouldn't start so I gave her a ride all the way to the other side of town and we called while we were on the way at least 20 times and no one bothered to answer the phone! We arrived at 7:50 10 min before their closing time. The lights were on and the employees ride was parked in front of the store running and waiting. When we pulled the door it was locked. The girl walked over and unlocked to say rudely that they were closed. ( no wonder she didnt answer the phone) I told her it was not 8pm yet. And she shrugged her shoulders and locked the door in my face. Why is this type of behavior allowed? Just close whenever you feel like it NY friend went thru hell trying to get there and needed a phone for her new job the next day. People are so selfish and do not care at all for anyone but themselves.

Good place to get a phone but not a huge selection. A little spendy but i put 50 bucks down on a new 4g with 120 gigabytes of memory..a lit more than my 32.
