An employee broke my phone screen trying to take my waterproof case off with plyers. The manager said they weren't responsible. I had to buy a new phone myself because their staff are idiots.

Well it seems that anything with T-Mobile is just a garbage they said they offered the free phone Obama phone yeah it cost money you know they took $30 off your bill it's a free phone service so why would you have to pay anything and have to pay your first month up front you know the only places staff was good she was fine T-Mobile just sucks

I had a great experience yesterday and on prior visits however today was infuriating and pathetic. I came in to buy a tablet and when the price didn't match the sign sitting on the counter I asked if he would honor that price. He nonchalantly said *nope\\\" and I asked again that he really wasn't going to honor it \\\"nope t comes out of my pocket\\\" so I asked if he could contact the manager to get authorization. He picket up his phone and started typing, I thought to ask the manager, then went to the computer and started typing. Then after about 5 minutes looked at me and said \\\"can I help you...wich was all he would say to any question I asked. Eventually he went in the back leaving me in the store for almost 3 hours alone, only coming out to help new customers walking in. To be fair he was great with them but would turn around and walk back in the back. I called corporate to try to get the managers contact info and they filed a claim for me but we're unable to provide to locate contact info. they did offer to speak to him and recommended.comong back with the plie ii they refuse to refund to refund everything I paida bit excessive but it was nice they were equally appalled with the behavior especially when I told them he could hear everything we were saying and still his in the back.About 5 min before he left he went outside leaving me alone in the store and when the gentleman relieving him came in he immediately went to the back, grabbed a box, and his puppy (who was absolutely adorable) and walked out. I've worked with his replacement before (also great service/ and he is just filling in at this store so didn't have the info but recommended.i leave a review . Here in addition to the claim filed at corporate. The gentleman who ignored me is clearly capable of great service. I witnessed it with every other custome but because I asked for them to honor their prices I was treated like I was nothing..I would love to discuss with someone in charge and also want my money back. All of it. Every penny from this account and my other. I don't know what his problem was but I shouldn't have to said 3 hours to be respected with respect
