My dad went in to get help with his map app on his phone. He speaks Spanish and went to this location because he know they spoke Spanish. He is older and just needed help downloading the app. He was met with the rudest person he has ever came across at any mobile provider. The girl was extremely disrespectful and rude and even told him “why would I help you”. Absolutely horrible experience and horrible customer service. He drove to a different location where they did not speak Spanish and they were way more kind. He even bought another product because of how great the service was. If management can please reach out to me so we can get this settled. No one should be treated that way and I hope they learn or find a different position where costumer service is not required.

Lorenzo was not nice to me when I was picking up my phone because it's my third replacement phone. I asked for help and he wouldn't help me.

Went in to transfer services and was given the run around. Lorenzo, I believe his name is, was very unprofessional in assisting me, especially for him to be the manager. I waited 45mins in the store with NO other customers present and still wasn't helped or assisted by him. Left and called to speak with him directly, he instructed me to come back to store, I came back a short time later only to deal with the same thing, except this time he was next door eating lunch. I still haven't been helped. I'm fed up with this location. Very unprofessional to be a manager.

I recently got a metro phone but the lady who helped me in another store wrote down the wrong number. I came here and Marco and his fantastic team not only helped me but got me to buy more then I came in for but made my family so happy. I will never go to another store. Thank u Marco and his fantastic team.

Thieves!!! And liars!!! Lied about rebates to make a quick buck and wouldn't provide receipts. Now the rebates won't be honored and paid more than product worth.
