Review for ONLY this location: Nightmare experience. Spent over an hour there trying to add a new line. Was charged hundreds of dollars without explanation. Language barrier was part of the problem, but mostly just very very bad customer service. Went to my regular Metro PCS and he said this location in notoriously bad.

SCAMERSSSS!!! SCAMERSSSSS!!! I went in there a couple weeks ago and I got my devise changed and just kept my same SIM card. They charged me $60 for the devise changed. I just got confirmation it should only be $25 to do a devise change which is already a lot to begin with. I am sooooo disappointed I’ve been with metro for years and loved the service but I have switched since then. I do not like being SCAMMED from my money. NEVER go into this store or Metro in general.

This store is a third-party retailer for T-Mobile, steer clear of this place they will rip you off tell you everything under the sun and not back it up. They actually told look buddy we work on commission, don't waste your time here go to a corporate store

Got a phone mailed to me … they never set it up on my account never sent the SIM card kit so couldn’t activate it go into this store and guess what … more start unable to do their job properly . I get an excuse that their co worker is late which is why the wait was so long but she can’t help me because she doesn’t know her password to the system come back later
