Store clerks are to pushy,told store worker I was looking for a second Phone and had to be under $200 including my current bill I was paying that was $70 he said no problem so I went with it so he takes my $200 starts my new phone and asked if I would want to pay my current bill and I was tricked into having to pay the extra $70 that was supposed to be included, not happy a customer that's been for 15 years in service with them.

I received confusing service in store but when I called the metro customer service "Gab" employee # 310715 did an amazing job at fixing all he problems I had come across which was rare for a metro employee to do ive learned from past experience because I don't think they have the same freedom and leverage as other customer service employees do for other companies.
