Full of knowledge, very helpful, problem solver. This specific location in Parkland isn't a great location. Never has been.

I thought that Richard was one of the greatest Sales Associates that I have ever met. He was very kind courteous and very helpful with everything that me and my mom wanted. He really works with you and your needs. So I recommend MetroPCS in Parkland and have Richard as your Sales Associate he's the greatest.

Great Service!!! I broke my phone and didn't have hundreds to spend on new one. Richard listened to my needs and told me of my different options and which phones worked with which promos. I walked out with an new upgraded Samsung Phone and case for $100.

I went in to get on a new plan. But one of the workers was being extremely rude to a customer. He was yelling at him âitâs only $150!! I paid $350 on that phone just to give it to a customer for $150 and you canât even pay that!!â The customer wanted to cancel the transaction as he didnât have $150 to pay. And the worker didnât stop there. He continued yelling saying âyou wasted my time!!â It was so bad that a coworker was trying to calm him down saying âjust cancel the transaction. Itâs not that big of a dealâ but the worker didnât stop. I felt so bad for the customer as he tried many times to cancel transaction way before it got to that point and the worker just wouldnât let up. I mean they even chased him outside trying to get him to finish the service before the worker started yelling at him. So it wasnât like the customer lead them on knowing he couldnât pay it.Because of this, my family and I decided to leave and switch phone carriers to t mobile. Metro needs to do better and not treat their customers like that. I didnât know the customer personally, but I refuse to be talked to like that as we were next in line.

Awesome customer service! My husband brought my daughter here hoping not to spend too much and the owner was great, got her a phone in our price range plus accessories, really hooked her up! Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends!
