I went in to get on a new plan. But one of the workers was being extremely rude to a customer. He was yelling at him “it’s only $150!! I paid $350 on that phone just to give it to a customer for $150 and you can’t even pay that!!” The customer wanted to cancel the transaction as he didn’t have $150 to pay. And the worker didn’t stop there. He continued yelling saying “you wasted my time!!” It was so bad that a coworker was trying to calm him down saying “just cancel the transaction. It’s not that big of a deal” but the worker didn’t stop. I felt so bad for the customer as he tried many times to cancel transaction way before it got to that point and the worker just wouldn’t let up. I mean they even chased him outside trying to get him to finish the service before the worker started yelling at him. So it wasn’t like the customer lead them on knowing he couldn’t pay it.Because of this, my family and I decided to leave and switch phone carriers to t mobile. Metro needs to do better and not treat their customers like that. I didn’t know the customer personally, but I refuse to be talked to like that as we were next in line.

I've always been treated great here. best customer service .I've been with this store over 10 yrs not once have I had an issue.

Awesome customer service! My husband brought my daughter here hoping not to spend too much and the owner was great, got her a phone in our price range plus accessories, really hooked her up! Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends!

I dont know why but I went to the OTHER store (224th) first.. my mistake! After having a serious situation at the "other" store, Richard helped me get everything set up for my new phone (Moto 5G) that apparently is given for free if you add a line. (224th sells it for $149 if you add a line!!) Thank you very much sir, you are proof that not all stores are alike:) I will be back again when in need! 5 STARS!!

Came in today to the Location on Canyon Road in Puyallup to get help with a problem I had with my phone. I was immediately Denied help from Nayeli the girl working there today! I have a Medical Condition and Cannot wear a mask. She didn't like it very much. Argued with my for quite some time. Very unproductive. Discrimination is Illegal! Mandates are not laws and my medical History is protected by those laws! Period! I do NOT recommend this Business.

Stopped in to fix my screen protector. The staff did me right and a shout out to Jazmine for walking me through the new plan! I made a mess of it, and she fixed it so fuss! The manager was on point with what I needed for my phone to keep it going as well. 5 star!
