I visited the Midas Parkland location & Ron was the gentleman that assisted me and I honestly can’t say enough kind words about the man. I went into the shop in a bit of a bind and he took the time to help me and got me & my car back on the road I will definitely recommend this Midas location to anyone that needs car work done

Went in for a oil change and to find a oil leak they changed my oil and added die to my motor oil to find the leak when I bring it in for my next oil change

I took my van into get the starter fixed paid them $420.00 and for what??!?? My van is still not starting up. They took my money but didn’t check their own work. Did they put a replacement on there?? They’re the professional mechanics well supposed to be but they didn’t fix nothing. It’s not running

I took my vehicle here a few weeks ago for a thermostat replacement I ended up with a brake and rotor job and an incabin filter replacement and thermostat they put the green antifreeze in my vehicle but the recommended manufacturers is the Asian blue antifreeze $1700 dollars later my vehicle is still blowing cold air and over heating so i took it to Coopers auto and they fixed the over heating by replacement of the waterpump but it still blows cold they are just as crooked as Midas they charged me $1500 to find out that the radiator is leaking non of these places are any good just a bunch of over priced fake mechanics. Looking to rip me off.Do not go to either of these places diabolical Midas in Tacoma and Coopers in Tacoma both dishonest and Crooked

This is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. Their prices are unbeatable, and they are deeply committed to customer satisfaction. As a woman who knows little about cars, I appreciated how they explained what was wrong with my brakes using a metaphor and even showed me the issue with my car. I previously visited this Midas location for a full oil change on my 2015 Toyota Corolla, which only costed me $35! Since then, I’ve referred my family there, my mom has also had a very positive experience. The staff is very polite and genuinely cares about their customers, they have a clean environment with free coffee, water, and television. Highly recommended!

Came in at 8:30 in the morning today to have a rear passenger wheel bearing replaced on my 2002 Toyota Avalon. Did not have an appointment but the friendly Manager Ron had an opening and had me out in 2 hours exactly. The waiting area was very clean with nice chairs and a big T.V. and coffee. The Mechanic showed me the bearing and how it was very worn. My back area of my car sounded like a Evenrude outboard going down the road. Now it runs smooth and quiet. My mechanic has since retired. Now Spanaway Midas will be my new trusted mechanic. I highly recommend Ron and his Crew. 5 Stars ???

Midas got me in the same day to do a brake inspection due to grinding breaks that sounded terrible. They were quickly able to give me a fair estimate and get the repairs done same day. Everyone at Midas was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will certainly be back for more car repairs and oil changes as needed.

These guys have consistently taken care of me, I can't thank them enough. They take care of my car quickly, efficiently and I always feel like they are being forthright and giving me the best deal possible for what I need. Today I couldn't get a ride up to the Midas, so they brought me my car. Truly a shop full of good, hardworking people. Go here if you need your car fixed :)

Very nice, helpful staff, clean waiting area, fixed what needed fixed, told me what could wait, and what couldn't, didn't try to over sell me, great prices, great work, honest, hard working employees, will definitely be back to this location.
