If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely appalling as the guy was incredibly rude and disrespectful and did not listen whatsoever and then turned around and input a lower monthly income. Also FYI DO SO IN FACT DO A CREDIT CHECK! Shady scammers at best.

I'd give less stars if I could. Went here to cash a personal check from a business for a sale and they wouldn't cash it without verification from the business. Well, it's a holiday and a lot of business are closed. You should make it known to first time customers of that policy. You were my last option to cash this check. Huge waste of time.

I stopped in at 5pm on a Saturday, the lobby was clean, well lit, and didn't feel crowded, even through there were twelve people in front of me in line when I got there and by the time I left another twelve had gotten in line. Three windows were open then one of the ladies disappeared and came back a bit later, I'm sure busy with other stuff as closing was in less than an hour. The staff all seemed pleasant, but definitely needed one or two more people working because it was the only money tree in the area that stayed open that late on Saturdays, so it's obviously going to be a busy time. edit for reply, You guys are good, I wanted to bring an awareness to the other locations that if it's so busy for you guys in the one or two hours you're open later than they are, they may want to reevaluate if their hours are meeting their customers needs as best they could be. I didn't mean to imply that you guys did anything wrong, because you guys were great.

Stephanie the branch manager was awful, very unprofessional when it comes to questioning.I brought a personal check and signed it at the table they have for that purpose and when she was about to hand me the money, she made me signed it again under the previous signature stating: "oh you have already signed it" she didn't see me signing. I responded if she thought I was stilling money and her reply was: "a lot of people stills money so I need to see you signing the check again to make sure it's you. She had my driver license in her hand with my signature on it. I know Tacoma's people due to business activity and I can tell this lady is not like the people I have worked with before.People are very friendly here, specially Fircrest community but, she personally made me feel uncomfortable.Not coming back again to this branch again.

They were really very friendly, patient and helpful. It's actually unusually great customer service from everyone there. I did get approved but if I had not been, it would still impress how good they run their business.

I've read all the reviews here and I have to disagree with the people who say the staff is rude. I get that cashing is a little expensive and it would be nice to see A loyalty program with check cashing discounts after a while. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I've cashed at this Location many times. I've never had a bad thing to say about anyone there and that's kinda surprising considering that almost every employee is wearing some kinda Seahawks parafinalia. For real though how can so many people with that awful choice in the football team have a smile and be so nice. Jk ?. But seriously thanks for the customer service

Terrible customer service and insane amount of money to cash your check. I went in to cash my check and when I got to the window she looked at my check and told me she needed to verify it was real. I’ve never had that happen before, so she asked me for my employers number which I gave, then left a message saying my name wrong. I let her know she said it wrong then she acknowledged it, then after she gave my workplace a call she proceeded to say my name wrong again on purpose. This took a total of 20 min, after the ordeal she told me it would be almost $40 to cash my check. I wasn’t willing to pay that so I got my check back. I don’t plan on coming back and i will let friends and family know to do the same.

So I've gotten like six or seven loans from them in the past, but this time they denied me because I'm homeless. But I've been homeless ever since my first loan, I don't know why it's a problem now but because of that they get a low review from me

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I went in to cash a check which I call the head about and they said that that they could do ithey could do it and maybe sit there for for 45 minutes while she did all the steps verified everything everything was everything was good to go And she said that they didn't have have enough experience experience with the bank that she wrote that the check from. She saw that right away and still made me sit there and then after she determined that she wasn't gonna do that she still made me give her my social security number and took a copy of my ID for whatever reason I don't know why they need my personal information if they're not even gonna be able to help me And she was rude about the whole process ,disappeared talking and laughing with another lady for 10 minutes and then came back and said " yeah we won't cash that" . I'll make sure to let anyone has thinks about money tree to go ANYWHERE else .
