Got me in without an appointment an hour before closing, didn’t know they close at 6 since the official website says they close at 7. These guys rock, will only come here instead of West Hills which is right down the road from my house.

Took our 2016 Jeep in for an oil change.
Shortly after noticed an oil leak. The check engine light came on and we took it into a local mechanic to have it looked at. The oil cooler was cracked. Oil cooler was fine prior to having the oil changed at Mopar. Mopar cracked the oil cooler when changing the oil.

My husband brings his vehicle here for oil changes and he’s not one to complain… he got an oil change and hasn’t had any problems,, it’s usually quick and efficient and they get the job done except for the last time. Got the oil change done and noticed an oil leak took a look and it was coming from the oil filter. He called and they wanted to charge him $240 just to look at it for a mistake they made. Those are Mercedes prices…. When we looked further into it the leak was coming from the oil filter, it wasn’t tightened properly, so tightened it some more ( which was hand tight after we tightened it) still leaking oil after that. Did an even further inspection and found debris on the O ring seal on the filter. Replaced the filter and the issue was resolved. If we didn’t notice the leak the engine would have blown. From now on we will have to double check the work done from here which just sucks. Do better jeep

I've sat here for an hour past my oil change appointment and my car has yet to be pulled around.

Car moved 1:18
Car given back 1:53
They're down a bay today which is apparently throwing a wrench in the plans. If I'd known, I'd have rescheduled for a more prompt appointment.
