After hearing good things about this shop, I had a new motor put in my 2003 audi a4 for around $3,500. Coming home it blows the radiator fitting, leaking coolant so bad it couldn’t drive. Fixed that on the side of the road myself to get home & called them and was told “Sometimes they just don’t get put in all the way”. Couple hours later it blows the turbo intake coupler right off because it wasn’t put on all the way. Car immediately shuts off & i’m stranded yet again. Had to tow it home with jeep.Go to TwoQuicks instead of this place!Service: Engine repair

Took my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta to get looked at here after Walmart refused to change my oil. Had my check engine and service light on for a while and wanted to get a more professional opinion. The staff at Mouse Meat were incredibly kind and I could instantly tell that they cared about what they do and customers they serve! Earl and his mechanics were honest and explained in detail what was going on with my car! As someone with really bad car anxiety I felt comfortable with their opinions and I was so happy that my car was running great after they changed my oil/filter! If you have a VW of any sort take it to these guys for amazing service and rates!!! Won't be going anywhere else for future repairs!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Best Price in Town! Got my 2.0 Audi A4 2017 Prestige Quattro fixed it was leaking some coolant due to the cheap plastic water pump that Audi used on their design, but they gave me a metal one and topped off my Coolant all for 500$! Audi and other shops Quoted me at almost triple, thank again!Service: Auto water leak repair

I don't take my Volkswagen Jetta diesel to anybody else, I don't trust anybody else with my car. My car always runs 110% better after I leave there and they never charge me for work that's not needed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scammer all the way. Told me it was a rod bearing and he was only going to do one because it was all he could find. I asked him if your already there just do them all. He assured me that only needed to do one. Well almost 700 bucks later and I get 14 miles and knocking again. I had it towed in and I live so close my car didn't make the knocking till it got warm. I got it home it was still not warmed all the way up. When I go to work is knocking half way to work. I call him to let him know and he says well we did what we could with what we had. I can rebuild it or put a new motor in. Wants 1600 to put a new one in and will cost me over a grand to get a new one that's used. Save your self the time and money and go to a real shop

I am thankful for Bugly and Earl's quick attention to my vehicle. They were honest and diligent with their work for my VW and got me back on the road the same week. With parts still being a little difficult to obtain, I was glad that Earl never gave up. Price beat everyone else and now my car runs like the day we bought her. Thanks guys. I'll see you late spring or so.Services: Transmission

I ran over a huge pothole in Seattle nearly 2 weeks ago and had to get an emergency tire replace the. I was told by the tire shop that I needed a new strut and possibly more. I had already scheduled an oil change the following week at my dealer and asked them to quote me for the repair. The dealer told me that in addition to replacing the strut I also needed a control arm. I was devastated. All this for a pothole? With Christmas less than a week away I wanted to save as much as I could in order to mitigate this unanticipated expense. I googled and found this unassuming shop with a very unusual name. I spoke to Earl, the shop owner, and told him what I thought I knew to be the issue and he gave me a a very fair estimate over the phone. I brought my 2018 VW GTI the next day near closing time. The next morning I received a call and was given the most wonderful news! Earl told me that he could not find any issue with my car except for a bent wheel and he could not in good conscience take my money for a strut and control arm replacement that was unnecessary. Earl said all I needed was a new wheel and even mentioned a few places I might try to locate one at a lower cost. I was astounded by this man's honesty and integrity. I have ordered a new wheel and will bring it to Earl for installation. This man has earned all my future business. If you are in need of any work on your VW, please make sure to call here first. You will be supporting a family-owned small business who will treat you like his own family. By the way Earl has owned the shop for over 20 years and has worked on VWs most of his adult life. He has a real love for all things VW. He is also a military veteran! May God bless him, his family, and his business!!

These guys give an honest opinion and fix your car right. Half the price of the dealerships for most services. Very friendly staff that know their VW's. And no they don't use those cheap Chinese knockoff parts. All O.E. parts at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend checking out Mouse Meat before another's. The Unicorn is driving like the day we bought her. Now time to get that stage 2 tune. Thanks for that recommendation guys. ?

This place rocks if you have a VW and need the real deal. Honest people trying to provide an honest service in a very dishonest industry is tough. I recommend MM to anyone with a VW or even a German auto. Authentic parts are the norm so convenience is sometimes lapped for quality. From routine maintenance to specialized rebuilds, I've never had a hesitation about giving them my business.
