I went in with expectations that the prices would match the ones as advertised. Wrong. I went in for a full set and was immediately rushed over to a pedicure chair, when they told me i needed both! I went with it because i assumed the prices matched the sign out front, and what’s a $25 pedicure and a $22 set? And don’t get me wrong, I know gel is extra. But how did I end up paying $130? I don’t know how you expect to get business, when your idea of business is scamming people. Also ouch, I’m gonna go nurse my wounded cuticles.

Unsanitary. Went in for a basic pedicure, not a spa pedicure, just something quick. They do not use Liners in their bowl for the pedicures. She pulled the tools from a little leather holder. When she was finished she rinsed them in the dirty water where my feet were soaking along with the pumice and dried them on the towel that she was using on my feet. Put them back in her leather pouch. Did not wear gloves ever. Beautiful remodeled surroundings, but I will not go back.

I had a really bad ingrown toenail. It has been a long time to find someone who cares. They have gained a customer!

I have been here several times and where we spend a lot more than at other places here this recent trip spent $100 for me to get gel nails and a regular pedicure with regular nail polish, but they said that they couldn’t put my stickers on for me. This is kind of odd because all of the other nail places around here that I’ve gone to will. They always put the stickers on for me that I bring in with me for my nail art. I have a really bad knee and I was able to do it myself when I got home in less than two minutes. Be careful they’re very nice when you first start going there, but the pricing is deceiving and they won’t even do small things for you like put the stickers on that take less than two minutes….

Beware of Hidden Charges and Unsanitary Practices
I’ve given this place three chances now, hoping things would improve, but today was the last straw. Each visit, I go in asking for a basic pedicure with gel — nothing fancy. In my head, I’m expecting to pay maybe $50–$55 max, understanding that gel costs a bit more. But every single time, I somehow end up paying close to $100.
This time was no different. I politely asked for a basic pedicure, and the tech immediately gave me a look of annoyance. They made me wait quite a while before even starting. Once they finally began, they removed my nail polish and trimmed my nails, but didn’t bother removing any dead skin around my toes — which is basic pedicure 101. When it came to the callus treatment, it felt like they were barely even touching my feet — more like petting than scrubbing.
I let it slide and figured I’d just get in and out. Toward the end, I asked if I could also get a quick manicure, and they agreed. The woman doing it was actually doing a good job — she cleaned up around my nails, polished them well, added wax, and gave a nice hand massage. But again — I never asked for any extras, no deluxe anything, no special add-ons.
Then came the bill. $95. Absolutely insane. No clear breakdown of charges, no price list available — and I noticed they’ve taken down their price board completely. Probably because more and more people are catching on to their shady pricing tactics.
When I asked to see a price list, they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide one. I truly believe they’re adding charges for services you didn’t ask for, and banking on you not speaking up. And honestly — if the place was sparkling clean and professional, maybe it would be worth the premium. But they reuse tools without sanitizing them, which I personally witnessed. That is not only unprofessional — it’s a health risk.
Bottom line:
This place is overpriced, unsanitary, and dishonest with their pricing. They throw in extras without asking, then act surprised when you question the bill. I will not be going back, and I strongly recommend others think twice before stepping in.

Luxury nails is the most thorough and detailed nail salon I have ever been to. They really take their time with their services and provide a massage for every service. The pedicure includes wax, hot stones, and hot oil from a candle. The massages are amazing. I love it here!

I scheduled an appointment online head of time,I even called to make sure a regular simple pedicure was $25 like the sign they have by their shop says. Once a nail tech answered she said it was $30 I thought it was sketchy but I agreed to get it done anyways.once I went in and a nail tech started, she cut my big toe with a cuticle remover tool twice and I was very STRICT about getting REGULAR POLISH only, the tech acted like she didn’t understand English and proceeded to give me gel polish to charge me more, on top off all that more employees were coming up to me trying to offer massage services and manicure services when I simply just wanted a simple pedicure with regular polish. Once it was time to pay somehow the total ended being $45 I told the tech why would she over charge me and just got poor made up excuses I’m 5 months pregnant it’s ridiculous they do this to customers. Don’t bother spending your money here.

I wish I could go lower than a 1. I will never come back here. She didn’t do what I asked which was a simple white heart on 2 nails and they are so heavy handed with the drill my fingers and cuticles are bloody. I wish I had read reviews before I came here. Save your money go somewhere else

Today was my first visit at this salon and what a pleasant surprise! The space is beautiful, the girls are so friendly (plus a neck massage during my manicure!? Wow!) My tech did a beautiful job. Great prices. You’ve gained a new regular!

Outstanding service...as soon as you walk into the door your greeted even if all the staff is busy. They acknowledge you and say we will be with you shortly which I thought would have been at a minimum of 10 minutes which I missed the mark on that it was approximately 3 minutes and I was taken to the station area . The staff are and the cost was very good. I will say its much cheaper than the nail salon 300 feet away and the work exceeded my expectations.

I went in for the advertised 25 pedicure and they said it went up to 30. Ok, but it was only a 20 minute pedicure:( and as I was leaving their signage out front said 25. Won't be going back!
