Clean, AC was on point, staff was friendly and helpful. However people sit too close and stare sometimes...

Solid gym equipment. I'm not into the wimpy isolation machines but there isn't too many of those here. I love loading up those plates on the barbells and sending them for a ride! Got some good spots to do some heavy deadlifting. The foam rollers are nice to help out my sore body. Ill be back here over and over again.

Has quite a bit of power lifting equipment and weight, but does not have much cardio or isolation machines. The facilities are a little small for a college this size but it is not a bad option you are into bulking season.

Just got remodeled, so there's a huge amount of squat/ bench racks, dead lift pads, free weights, and machines for both weight training and cardio exercise. Full basketball gym inside as well.

Though there is definitely more strength training than cardiovascular equipment, I have never gone to Names and been unable to find an open elliptical, bike, stair climber, etc.

If you're not on the football team or a powerlifter, you may be disappointed by the surplus of weights and lack of equipment for muscle endurance and flexiblity type exercises. Fairly small for PLU's excessive student population
