Absolutely horrible experience for myself and my 2 16 yr olds and my mother-in-law. All 3 sets of acrylic nails are horrendous. My pedicure is the worst I've ever gotten. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUDE OWNERS, DISGUSTING GROSS ENVIRONMENT. Way overpriced for such a horrible experience.

I do not recommend coming to this bummy place my fingers came out with an infection and the prices were absurd I payed $100 for some nails that did not turn out the way I wanted it to, this place was also very unsanitary because this woman who did my nails didn’t wash her hands before doing anything and she had messed up and ripped the plastic nail off and didn’t wipe the excess glue off, she also didn’t take care of my cuticles and after she had done my nails she started doing her own toes she also had an attitude. Will NOT be coming to this place again.

They never asked if I wanted gel on my toes or hands and put it on there and then it cost me $85 for a Pedicure, and then a fill on my nails that's all the services that I came to get. They took it upon their self to add other stuff that I never asked for and then the owner. The lady raised her voice at me they're done ✖️ I reported it to the health department at Washington state Labor and Industry boom.. ✔️

Horrible experience, wife nails look like a 3 year old did them, ask the tech to fix and she got upset.. I paid $60 for her nail... I rather has paid 400 for a nice set..

I have never been to this place before just stopped in on a whim; had gel toes and nails done. Kelly and her husband did a great job. I got chrome nails and they are perfect and They both were very friendly and helpful and I will go there again.

Excuse the long review but it’s called for. I used to go to this nail salon twice a month for almost 5 years to get my nails done (long acrylic) almost always with multiple color or design. I loved the owners of this salon especially the husband Kenny he is absolutely great and still does a great job this review is mostly based on his wife’s work and just the services I received here when I did not get Kenny for my services. I started noticing a change in the service I was receiving. I was no longer getting treated with care. If more people came into the salon as walk in during my nail appointment suddenly I would be getting rushed services, which resulted in my natural nails being damaged during filing. My acrylic set being rushed and not properly applied. I always asked for my acrylic to not be to thick in the center of the nail because it caused them to look curved which I hate. They no longer took my requests seriously and just did whatever to get the nails done and get me out. Not to mention I ALWAYS TIPPED at least $15-$20 for every service I received. But that did not make a difference in the lack of customer satisfaction. So eventuality I stopped using this salon and found a new one that I have been using for the last 2 years. Yesterday I was unable to make it to my new salon so I had to resort back to Natural nails. I went in just for a simple acrylic removal which I had already started myself by cutting them down. However I didn’t want to damage my natural nail to much so I decided to have them removed professionally. Well professional is not at all what I got. First I asked how much it would be for just the removal of the rest of the nail that was still on and a simple gel coat. She told me it would be $30 so I agreed to have it done. She started rushing and ripping the acrylic nails off with the cuticle clippers where she ripped off half of my natural nail on three fingers before I could even respond to the pain from the first one. I could not believe what was happening. Then she started asking me why I hadn’t come there in so long. And asked what nail salon I was using now. I literally felt like she was being rough on purpose because I stopped using their establishment. After she was done with my gel polish. She said to pay. I had taken out two $20 bills since I only had 20s on me she said “thank you bye” and kept all my money did not ask if it was a tip. Which I would not have given this time since I did not receive good costumer service AT ALL! I will NEVER go back here and I do not recommend.Services: Nail polish changes

I've been going to this business for years and i absolutely love it! Kelly has been doing my nails for 20 plus years and i will go nowhere else! Prices are excellent since the service is amazing! I have always loved going to natural nails to have my nails done. Love the way she does Mail art when I bring in pictures.I love my coffee cup design. I felt I was not welcome on my last visit. Both were rude. I am probably going to find another salon. Hopefully they will do a good job.Service: Manicures

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were so rude the whole time my nana was in there getting her nails done. They didn't like the design she had chosen for them to work with and they were just in itself disrespectful towards her. They hurt her with one of the tools and basically said it was her fault. This has been a reoccurring incident on the employees being disrespectful towards her lately. She had been going there for about 5 years but after today she's done with your business. Your workers are unprofessional rude and arrogant. Get your people in check. Your loosing customers over it !!!
