Some of these tellers need better training. They're just incapable of handling work around without someone else's input or assistance. If a department is closed at all, then you're just out of luck.

Extremely disappointed in the scare tactics used by uninformed employees, to keep money here. The employees here give financial advice on products that they know nothing about, which are backed by the Washington state garuntee association up too 500,000 whereas the FDIC is only backed up to 250,000. They said my mother could “lose money” with her FIA which was simply a false statement. Its no wonder banks are failing, especially if they’re willing to lie to long term clients just to hold onto such a small amount.

Very busy branch for in person transactions. Download your favorite media, stretch your hammies, and pop in an earbud because you're gonna be there awhile. Understaffed, but service is always top-notch. Tellers and other staff are solid. Never judgmental, always helpful, always kind, and they always know their stuff.Outstanding interest rates! No predatory fees or charges! Many great products-auto and college loans, for example, make the whole process so much simpler. Free onsite notary, instant debit card creation, monthly atm fee reimbursement, etc. Credit unions are objectively better and this is the best of them all :)

Recently while on vacation I had a merchant show me that my card would not process, the reader just kept spinning. Upon returning to my hotel I received a text a that $1079 was charged at a restaurant to my account. I immediately contacted the fraud department because I had not been to a restaurant. At that time they verified that I had my card in my possession and did not make the charges- which I confirmed with them. Two hours later the SAME merchant then ran a charge for $553, luckily I had already contacted the bank.It is now 30 days later, the fraud department is still stating that I am liable for the $1079 charge because it was a chip based transaction. The second charge for $553 that they declined was also a chip based transaction... So how could that be when I had the card with me, was not at a restaurant, and who would be stupid enough (not me) to go to the same merchant knowing that they just reported their card comprised and cancelled it.In the ten years I have been with Navy Federal I have never had an issue and always had great customer service. I have never had fraud on my account and had to deal with the fraud department so this has been a very disappointing event and an expensive one.

Lost wallet over the weekend. Had replacement driver’s license from DOL with security barcode and my picture. I also had access to Bank APP to show my funds. Bank Manager still refused to issue me a debit card or let me pull funds out from my account. Called customer service and ordered new debit card over the phone while at the Branch. Bank manager and employees there are racist. Next to Walmart which does not help. I will be closing all my accounts there when I get my drivers license in the mail.

I needed a cashier check for a new home loan. I ran here for my lunch break expecting to be back to work late. It took me 5 minutes from the time I stepped in to placing the check in my purse. I am very pleased with the speedy service.
